1.忽視食品安全，見圖。早餐給五歲孩子上的讓人反胃的紫薯包，有不明綠色區域。給“管家”大姐看，大姐説她不知道這顏色是什麼，但她昨天吃的也是這樣的，沒事兒。這麼説吧，房客不發火就不説對不起，滿嘴藉口，毫不在乎食品安全。
2.所謂管家服務=整個民宿就這一個上綠色紫薯包的大姐員工，並且經常不在民宿內。提前告知晚上八點半到民宿，快到了有點迷路，但當然不會有人出門接，微信音頻問路也沒人接，因為大姐還在家裡吃飯，九點多才到。進門民宿漆黑一片，鑰匙就插在門上，自己進去就得了，約等於自助入住。
2.無客房服務，常備用品缺失。晚上十點發現孩子磨破腳，“管家”當然是已經回村裡的家了，於是“管家羣”反饋希望明早準備個創口貼，大姐沒回復，理解，天晚了。第二天早上見到大姐説民宿裏沒有，用完了沒補；村裡唯一超市也沒有。我琢磨提前一晚告訴她她從家裡拿一個也行啊，哦，可能家裡也沒有，整個村子找不到一個創口貼。
3.同上。吃早飯想喝口水，“管家”説衹有剛做好的沸水。房客衹能回房自己拿礦泉水。萬一礦泉水喝光怎麼辦？反正民宿沒有自助販售機，更不可能像其他民宿熱情的主動拿出瓶裝水，渴着吧。明明餐桌放一個涼水壺或者涼水瓶就能解決。
我住了兩夜，端午房費近900一天，但服務就這個水平。民宿開在一個要啥沒啥的村裡（畢竟整個村裡創口貼都沒），也沒有一個餐廳甚至沒有一個早餐鋪子。民宿距離村口唯一的超市也蠻遠，最近的外送都要90分鐘。按理説位置不好民宿就應該在其內準備一個冰櫃，賣一些飲料，水等。但衹有一個“管家”的白鳥民宿怎麼可能想到這些呢？住過那麼多懷柔民宿，要不是因為節假日當天才定的行程，其他民宿都滿了，誰住這個性價比低的地方😅。

去懷北滑雪在這裏住宿一晚，完全超出了逾期，地暖太熱乎了很舒服，小院也不錯，早晨管家還給做飯，唯一的不方便就是村裡沒有餐館，需要開車出去吃，但是還是不錯，春天再來住一次
