Stayed here for 2nights, really satisfied with the staffs’ service minds! Nice and cool design, even offers artistic museum. The room was clean and spacious. Thank you Nan for the power bank and cute little gift for us! Definitely will come back!

Hotel is very stylish and room was huge. The receptionist welcomed us with warm smiles and was helpful. They recommended to places for local food as well as arranging taxi for us. Overall stay was pleasant and I will be back Thank you

We booked this hotel for our friend’s bachelorette party. The location is right in the heart of Sanlitun, so you really can’t get a much better spot! 🤩 Only three of us slept in the room due to regulations, but the other 5 girls were able to check in as guests just for the party, and all went smoothly! The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, and the staff was very accommodating. We had a bit of confusion with the details of our booking, and a manager named Athena helped us sort everything out so smoothly. She made us feel welcomed, calm, and made our stay super comfortable. Fresh fruit was sent up to our room, and they accommodated us with extra champagne glasses.🥂 CHAO is such a luxurious hotel, and Athena was especially helpful and made our stay perfect. Thank you, Athena, and thank you CHAO! 💕

We had a very memorable stay at Chao. Good location and comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. We were received by Tim who guided us to the room and Athena patiently showed us the hotel with special detailing guidance.
