房間雖然有點小，但是很乾凈，服務也很周到，還有贈送了老北京冰棍兒。最後落了一件衣服，工作人員幫忙郵寄回來。很貼心

🍀環境：酒店地理位置也不錯，走出來就有自行車🚴，衹要騎行不到1️⃣0️⃣分鐘就能到珠市口站。帶天壇公園也衹需步行1️⃣5️⃣分鐘。🚶
🍀服務：前台的小哥哥和小姐姐都非常專業，很有耐心地幫我們處理換房等問題！👍
🍀衞生：酒店整體都很乾凈，每天都會來換新的被單毛巾。唯一讓我們感到稍微不適的是，下雨後走廊會有一股濕臭味🌧️，一天後還有。

房間較小，門面在小巷子裏面，車子進出不方便。服務態度很好，設施齊全。

五一期間，酒店不號預訂，因為自己老婆訂到更合適的酒店，所以想退掉（從下定到提出取消不超過1.5小時），經過攜程多次協商，酒店不同意，非要要求入住，否則沒收房費，奇葩。被迫接受，入住以後，房間非常小，走廊電梯口盡然還有垃圾桶，也不及時清理。
酒店在衚衕裡邊，周邊沒有吃的，不方便。
既然大家按照規則辦理，必須曝光，入住第三個晚上，我們收到商家電話，可以升級下房型，給予幾十元的補貼，但是需要從攜程平台取消訂單，這應該不符合規則吧。
一點人情事故都不講的酒店，也不要指望未來生意興隆了。
