第一次入住這個品牌，設施比較有年代感，設計有點復古，但這個價位和地段在北京有很高的性價比。前台很熱情，服務很到位！

很舊的酒店，房間裏燈光也有點不足，設施有點老舊，總體感覺一般，尤其是被子，估計沒有更換，晚上睡覺才發現有股味道，希望能重視。

第一次入住這麼差的酒店，前台服務差到離譜，周邊不知住的是旅行團還是表演團，孩子在樓道來回吵，還有人開自己門，根本沒人巡邏沒有管，一夜被吵醒四次，凌晨還有服務員在到處敲門不知在搞個什麼鬼，實在受不了，給前台到電話問能不能提醒周邊住客小點聲，前台特別牛氣説，他們馬上走了，我也沒什麼訴求啊，就是想好好睡個覺怎麼就那麼難呢？住了這麼多年酒店，真是刷新了我的認知，沒見過服務態度這麼差的店，隔音差的要死，衞生也是差勁，馬桶都沒刷乾淨。現在這錦江管理太差了，有這樣的門店管理，早晚得黃。永遠不會再選擇錦江入住。

服務相當不滿意！前台男生見人全程板著臉 拉着臉單手要我身份證 連句話都沒有！食指指着從哪裡進電梯 從我進門到進電梯 給我感覺很不舒服！錦江之星服務都成這樣了嗎？？？
