The service attitude was good but very careless. When I was washing and drying clothes at night, I asked the robot to bring it up after I finished. I agreed very quickly, but I probably forgot. After waiting for more than 40 minutes, it was too late to pick it up myself. It is recommended to stay in the nearby 300-plus Nord Apartment. The housekeeper service attitude is very good. The room is also larger and brighter. Except for the lack of breakfast and lobby service staff, it is better than this hotel. The Four Seasons Orange at the same price should be much better.
