我對全季酒店印象一直不錯。但這家店我不確定是不是加盟店？攜程預訂時説有30元的交通費用報銷，但發票要紙質的。我兩個大箱子，一個小童推車衹能叫網約商務車，網約車也衹能給電子發票。今天酒店前台微信我像我所要攜程好評，我問了交通費報銷的事，電子發票也是發票，可以轉給酒店打印出來，為什麼一定要客户在移動付款的時代必須給紙質發票呢？這不是誘導和帶有不誠實的招租麼？非常差的客户體驗，非常不誠實的這家全季酒店。幸好聯繫了攜程客服，幫忙解決的我的問題。我送這家酒店的老闆一句話，幹大業而惜身，見小利而忘命！為了省30元的小利而去誘導客户，何其**！我一定會去華住總部問問這就是他們的酒店經營之道麼？最後感謝攜程一如既往給客户好的體驗和幫助！
