性價比極低。
説是別墅，其實就是普通民宿。不在景區裏，是景區附近的一個住宅樓盤，也就是説如果你住這裏去景區玩，一天逛不完的話，第二天還要再買景區門票。論價格，還不如直接住景區裏的酒店划算。
私家車不讓進小區（業主除外），衹能把自己車停在很遠的停車場（所謂停車場其實就是一塊空地，全是土和石頭，倍兒臟。）從景區到住處來回必須要用店家提供的擺渡車，旅遊旺季要等比較久才會派車接。沒有擺渡車寸步難行，導致出門吃東西或者隨便逛逛都會很麻煩。論效率，也不如直接住景區裏的酒店合適。
房間看似挺好的，實際上配套跟不上。
第一晚沒熱水，沒法洗澡。第二天和客服反映之後，熱水倒是有了，可一會兒特燙一會兒特涼，還是沒法洗澡，臟了兩天。
大床房衹給一條被子，被子不大，不夠兩個人蓋的。在房間裏找過，沒有備用的枕頭和被子。問客服要被子，客服答覆是旅遊旺季，沒有富裕的被子。
如果你住兩天，第二天不會像正規的酒店那樣有人來收拾房間。你不和客服主動要求的話，也沒人給你補充衞生紙和飲用水。
隔音太差，隔壁打呵欠都能聽得清清楚楚。
和客服溝通全程是在微信羣裏，有時候要聽很長的語音。
總之慎入吧，都是坑。
