很久沒有來北京，入住了三天寶格麗酒店。 由入住前的餐飲安排和訂房都滿足了我的要求。 到店時管家陳龍親切接待，很貼心的服務，幫我們建議及安排了優質的本地餐廳， 也安排了專車送我們去旅遊景點，10分好。同事也幫我安排了慶生特別禮遇， 五星好評。酒店要改善的地方是餐廳服務水平，以米芝蓮星級餐廳來說有提升空間。

酒店很有設計感，房間寬敞明亮優雅，餐飲水準很高，早餐是可以選擇送到房間或餐廳用餐，這點對逛完景區比較累又想多點時間休息的人很友好，工作人員很熱情，酒店每一處遇到都會面帶微笑打招呼，管家Cherly服務很貼心 ， 親切細心周到，讓我們對寶格麗的服務留下很好的印象。餐廳後面是個酒店私家花園，用完餐在裏面散步很愜意。總的來説，寶格麗是個很棒的酒店，下次來北京還會選擇入住。

五一假期有機會入住了一次寶格麗酒店，入住時天氣特別好，窗前的亮馬河上有很多人划船，建議大家住景觀大床房，雖然貴1000多，但景色確實好，感謝Cherly的細心服務，從初次見面的熱情接待，到貼心的選擇房型都能感受到專業。有機會一定會再次入住寶格麗酒店！

一直很喜歡寶格麗，不論是首飾，珠寶，香水，酒店也一直是首選，雖然入住有了些不好的地方，但是很快解決，值班經理Miya處理問題及時，態度也讓我很愉快！下次有機會我還會去麻煩她🤪

酒店私自給我們把1米4的床換成了1米的丐版，主動打電話維權，值班經理還跟我狡辯，説免費升級了，哪裡升級了，窗外的風景…… 説我們的房賣超了，衹能把一個2米大床房拆成兩張1米雙人床…衹睡得下小童，睡不下成年人…衹見過升級的 沒見過偷天換日降級的，離店時經理道歉説贈送我一晚，下次來住，不好意思，確實不想再來了，以為我是過來拍照打卡硬花了6000訂的房蹭熱度的嗎？不好意思，姐真不差那點錢，不接受道歉，不接受補償
