感謝管家kiki幫忙升級景觀房，入住過程全程陪同，介紹了房間的設施和mini吧，晚上還送了甜品和茶很暖心，後續對於我的要求也是有求必應。酒店整體服務熱情，經過前台服務員都會主動打招呼。作為北京酒店天花板之一，房間硬件條件沒得説，衞生很乾凈，床非常舒服，適合喜歡睡軟床的人。早餐很豐盛，下次再來還會選擇寶格麗酒店。

寶格麗酒店給人的體驗非常的好。到酒店後免費升級了房間，有專門的管家服務，管家Helen非常貼心，很專業，介紹了好多當地美食，酒店的大床非常舒服，房間配備了各種免費水果，飲料，酒類及礦泉水，特別是每天晚上會送來一壺緩解疲勞花茶。非常好喝。推薦給大家。

I haven’t been to Beijing for a long time and stayed at the Bulgari Hotel for three days. My requirements were met from the meal arrangements and room reservations before check-in. When we arrived at the store, the butler Chen Long received us cordially and provided very considerate service. He helped us recommend and arrange high-quality local restaurants, and also arranged a special car to take us to tourist attractions. 10 points. My colleagues also helped me arrange a special birthday treat, which received five-star praise. What the hotel needs to improve is the service level of the restaurant. There is room for improvement for Michelin-starred restaurants.
