#負評#對交通方便程度，房間佈局失望；消防报警器从下午开始一会儿响一下，联系客服说关不掉，是正常的。结果到凌晨3点开始不间断地响，6点多联系客服没有回应。被逼无奈只能想办法给拆掉，不然所有人都没法休息。两个空调漏水，楼梯上小屋的空调和榻榻米上的空调，榻榻米都湿了。因为村子里都有住户，隔音也是问题，隔壁院子说话能听到，还有个院子里的狗也一直在叫。另外，虽然有两个卫生间，但基本上大家就使用卧室这边的卫生间，因为另一个卫生间在对面厨房那屋，确实不太方便。综合来说，这个民宿的性价比不高。

本次帶家人入住的是位於十渡景區的紅房子精品民宿，民宿位於路邊非常好找，六間卧室寬敞舒適。一層有一個寬大客廳，配有廚房，可以自己動手做飯。樓頂有燒烤設施，炭火調料一應俱全。地下室有自動麻將機，桌球室，卡拉OK室。並配備了多種小童玩具，適合家庭親子活動或朋友聚會。有機會還會來。這次沒有拍照，具體情況可參考網上圖片。

讓人有慾望回頭再住的驚喜民宿
距離適中，週末來回不會覺得辛苦
地理位置很好，周邊綠水青山，門口就有一條小河，釣魚戲水很爽啊～小院四面青山圍繞，空氣和景色都很好
民宿的設施很全，竟然還能唱k，還有麻將機，院裏裏可以燒烤，廚房用具也是非常全面，考慮的非常周到～院子裏還有天台，也晚可以看星星～很有感覺哦～
他家最值得誇讚的是住宿，不論是榻榻米還是大床房，空間都很大，床品很乾凈很舒服，大家都睡得很好，甚至第二天想把他家被子抱走哈哈～
店長的服務也很好，隨叫隨到，態度也很親切～有求必應
總之他家贏得我們一行人的一致好評～大家去不會踩雷～

紅房子的網圖非常好，來之前還有點忐忑，生怕與現實落差太大。結果，一進門就愛上了！六個大房間，都是雙人床，屋子乾淨明亮，陳設非常好。親子房，小童遊戲區，品茶，麻將，桌球，KTV 一應俱全；屋頂可以燒烤，休閑，非常到位。管家阿姨還摘了自己的黃瓜，西葫蘆，味道非常好。
紅房子無早餐，但隔壁的飯店非常好，可以把飯送到家裡，服務也是非常好，早上的手擀麪也是一絕！
由於行程緊，未到十渡去玩，下次要補上！
總之，紅房子是休閑度假娛樂非常好的住處，強烈推薦！
