Yuan Se Hotel Apartment (Beijing Central Television Station)

We stayed in the apar**ent as a family for 6 nights. I liked: the location is close to the Dawang lu metro station (exit D), the area is surrounded by skyscrapers, but not at all crowded, there is a beautiful view from the window of China Zun (we lived on the 27th floor). Nice green area. Large room, bedroom in a separate room, comfortable bed, very quiet. Lots of light, floor-to-ceiling windows. The room has a kitchen and washing machine. Snow-white bed and towels (changed every day). The hotel upgraded the room category for free. What I didn’t like: the staff doesn’t speak English at all, and communication with the butler is carried out by phone. The hotel does not contact the client before check-in and therefore you go blind, having no idea whether anyone is waiting for you there. Coming out of the metro, we couldn’t figure out where to go, we had to turn to a passerby on the street, who kindly walked us to the building and called the phone number to meet us. It would be great if it were possible to communicate with the hotel via email. The kitchen is not equipped with tiles and utensils; kitchen belongings and tiles were brought to us by the butler upon request. This is strange, since the choice of an apar**ent hotel was dictated precisely by the desire to cook on our own; we are traveling with a child who does not eat Asian cuisine at all. The building seems to be new, but the wallpaper near the windows is peeling off in places; attention should also be paid to cleaning the air conditioner grilles. Overall, I can recommend the apart-hotel; this option was convenient for my family during their stay in Beijing.

The room is spacious, with plenty of light, a large TV, and a large amount of sanitary hot water for a good shower. There is also a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine for great convenience. The whole room feels like home, making people feel relaxed.
