酒店服務太差，預訂好的房間沒有，要給降級，最後再百般周旋下又給找出間套房，直至晚10點多才入住，並且酒店經理言而無信，當晚耽誤客人入住，承諾升級房間並免除一間房費，第二天結賬時不承認此説法，給差評不是因為免費一間房的事情，而是你們的這種態度，毫無誠信可言！
