假期帶孩子放鬆一下，訂了私湯房，房間設施還不錯，管家Alice很貼心，入住前就提前聯繫了，各方面注意事項都叮囑了，入住期間的問題也都幫忙協調解決。早餐品種多，孩子非常喜歡，十二生肖温泉也比較有新意，各種活動設施也很好。

五一給家裡長者預訂的，酒店很不錯，尤其服務很到位，雖然假期客人很多，但是管家Helen還是無微不至的關心，幫助，家人很滿意

很不錯的住宿體驗，有管家Helen貼心照顧，雖然遇到了一些小問題，餐廳經理Apple小芳都積極幫忙解決了。有親子樂園而且可以託管，孩子玩了三天很開心。

酒店風景優美，讓人樂不知返。早餐雖然要等位，但是完全不亂，秩序井然，餐廳經理和服務員非常有經驗，善於靈活處理問題。感謝Ada管家的服務，周到細緻，總能想到我的前面。

入住感非常棒，房間乾淨整潔，酒店管家Ada服務熱情，貼心，而且特別有親切感，酒店環境優雅舒適。
