location is ok. service was so so. breakfast not easy to access, have to walk a bit long. a bit noisy at night time.

Very helpful and polite counter staff. We had a pleasant stay. Would come again if I visit Beijing in the future.

Small room, facilities are quite average, staffs are willing to help. He helped us to book didi in the morning and guided many good places for eating.

Lots of stairs to the lobby and elevator, otherwise location is really good I would definitely come back again!

It is a short walk across an overpass to reach Metro Line 1 and Line 10. It is only 4-5 stops to Tiananmen Square and Wangfujing Street, and about one kilometer away from China World Trade Center Shopping Mall, which can be reached on foot.

The facilities are old and the hygiene is worrying. The front desk suggested changing the room several times, and the room conditions are similar. There is no effective solution except to endure it for one night. The carpet is very dirty, and it looks like it has never been cleaned from the marks on it. The water switch for the shower is reversed, the logo is unclear, and the temperature cannot be adjusted. It’s okay to be scalded, but the key is that the shower head indicated the shower but the water comes out of the shower head. In the case of no smoking written everywhere, the first room is on the fifth floor, and there is a strong smell of smoke as soon as you enter the door. The second room is adjusted to the first floor, which is humid and has a strange smell. It can’t be dispersed even if the window is opened, and the towels are also tattered. The third room is upgraded to a room type. It is the only remaining double bed room, and then the whole room smells like a sewer when the air conditioner is turned on. It’s too bad. This is the first time I have seen a star hotel with such poor hardware conditions and hygiene. I don’t recommend staying here, and I won’t come again ❌.

The bathroom floor is mottled, the faucet handle has iron filings, and the wash basin has spots of marks, which is not what an Orange Hotel should have. It is almost the standard of a 200-yuan chain hotel. The windows in the room are not fixed. The service awareness of the front desk is average, but the cleaning lady is very good. The room is very clean, and the engineer who came to repair the window handle is also very responsible.

Stayed here with my baby for 4 consecutive days, the experience was good👍The location is excellent, located in the CBD of Guomao, next to Beijing Radio and Television Station, and across the road you can see China Zun, the tallest building in Beijing. There are many bus lines downstairs, and the subway is also very close. There is a convenience store and a small fruit and vegetable supermarket downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient. The internal environment of the hotel is also good, with dry and wet separation, and a makeup mirror and hair dryer are all equipped. The breakfast variety is also very rich, with cold dishes, hot dishes, pasta, soy milk, milk, bread, sausages, etc. to choose from.

Overall, I had no problems. I had left something behind at my previous hotel, but I was able to communicate this to the hotel receptionist using a translator, and they mailed it to me from my previous hotel. Four bottles of water were provided every day, so I had no problems. The breakfast wasn't that great, so I think it would be better to eat at another restaurant.

The room is spacious and charging is convenient. It is very comfortable for one person to live in. The hotel is in a good location, about ten minutes' walk from Guomao subway station, and travel is very convenient.
