小哥和阿姨待人都很好，有問題都會解決，位置很方便，衚衕拐進去就是酒店衚衕口出來馬路對面正對着自家銅鍋涮肉巨好吃，不遠處有公交站和很多小吃的，就是距離地鐵有點遠，但是可以騎行，也算快，整體體驗挺好的，下次來北京還住這裏!

衞生：挺乾淨的服務：院子很安靜，就一個老奶奶，人不錯，會幫忙介紹路線交通：離公交站比較近，一百米左右，比較方便，但是離地鐵站相當遠，千萬不要帶着行李坐地鐵來，超級超級遠。離南鑼鼓巷很近，離故宮周圍各個景點都很近，基本可以坐公交到，周圍吃的也很多，這點相當方便。設施：房間內設施比較簡陋，配備的一次性用品質量一般，紙巾很小很小一卷，房間有晾衣架電視機，但是電視機沒有插座，房間比較窄，沒有能讓行李箱不能完全打開那麼大的空間，還有就是房間燈的開關不在床頭，不是太方便。衞生間安裝了熱水器，熱水使用很方便。總得來説，還行吧，近500的價格，優勢是交通，缺點是設施。

出行方便點，里老房子外裝的暖氣不夠足，在北京住了四家酒店全部進門非常暖和可以脱衣服這間不行，大床房是兩個單人床合併起來的中間有條縫

老闆人很好，給了很多建議。房間也很乾凈，晚上睡覺也安靜。房間大小我覺得足夠一大兩小，行程很滿就是睡覺，第一天洗了個澡是有點冷，我們去的那天北京降温，暖氣加上空調才暖和過來，晚上也是一直開着空調，總體我覺得能接受。小院性價比很高。位置也不難找。

住了一晚，優點是還算安靜，但缺點大過優點！網上推薦的説不錯，我花了四百多來感受了一下北京的四合院，我的感受是房間雖然大，但用電是不是得換換，太不安全了！線都暴露在外！電視也是！也不知道咋開！花灑衞生也堪憂！衞生間也沒馬桶墊！睡了一晚，渾身癢！幸好穿的自己的睡衣！我覺得不像是每天都換床單的！總之，體驗感差！同樣的價格不如路口的唐府酒店好！但民宿老闆還算熱情的！
