房間有點舊了，窗户有損壞的。這些都沒啥，訂房訊息寫的可以存放行李，結果到了一問説是得有房空出來才能存，退房一樣，有人要入住行李就沒法存。最後就是寫了有瓶裝水，實際沒有，詢問對方説是訊息沒改。不好的住宿體驗。

還是訂正規酒店吧！北京首都的體驗感真的一言難盡！公寓基本都是這樣。床單不消毒，自己洗？…網上的圖片和實際房間樣子相去甚遠…居然還説隔天要漲價！不管是否有事，不可商量！超過12點退房就必需罰付260…唉！北京人一副居高臨下的樣子，根本不把外地遊客當人看！也真不知哪裡來的優越感！……

差差差差差差差……一萬個差評。
強烈告知不要預訂入住，酒店沒有前台，到導航地址，打電話，被告知酒店已滿，強制要求退訂，退訂超過時間，不能取消，扣收全額費用，打客服反映，酒店又指定其他樓座房間，離的很遠，經營地址和房間地址不一致，不安全，感覺是黑店，和酒店老闆溝通，老闆態度極其惡劣，囂張至極，並聲稱有房子就不給我們住，驗證的黑店的判斷。目前訂單還未退，還在打電話尋求解決。很糟心的一次預訂。大家避坑。也請有關部門對這樣的酒店進行嚴管和排查。

基本上還不錯，雖然有些地方舊，乾淨，房間大，有洗衣機和冰箱，採光好，離地鐵也近，周邊餐廳也多，下次出差可以再來住。管家服務不錯，因為帶行李不方便，跟管家溝通，還給提前入住了，下午行程就不用拖行李。
