去環球訂的這家酒店，房間大且乾淨，附近好吃的特別多，離地鐵站和公交站都很近。有免費的接送班車，車上還有導遊會介紹環球的必玩項目有哪些。可以寄存行李。

環球度假村班車接送:酒店有去環球的班車很方便，有好幾班次
設施：房間裏是全智能控制的，喊小愛同學就能搞定
服務：原本是預訂的無窗房，進去覺得太悶，然後去前台溝通補差價換成有窗的雙人房，前台小姐姐很耐心
除了離市區遠了點外（如果要去景區，像天安門，故宮，頤和園之類的話，都可以通過地鐵🚇，就是要花很長時間）其他都很好。

酒店衞生還可以，就是位置有些偏，早上去環球的大巴也提前可以約，前台的服務態度很好，就是房間太小太小了，而且窗户外面就是一個樓梯，特別沒有安全感，走樓梯的人就可以順着窗户進房間，然後就是早餐 以為是自助早，結果是麥當勞，一個漢堡一個薯餅，一個牛奶，就是感覺早餐和房間大小不是很滿意

平時不習慣評論，但是這家我真的覺得有必要用心評價一下！
朋友來環球玩，第一晚租的民宿環境不太好，第二天一大早想換個地方住，問了一圈這家早上就能辦入住，前台姐姐很好溝通，我説想選個大點的房型也給滿足了，人太好了太感動了😭
房間裏也非常不錯！我們住的二樓，外面也不吵。
1.小愛智能，投屏放歌放視頻提醒外賣非常舒服！
2.乾濕分離，淋浴🚿水流很大很好，不是稀稀拉拉的那種
3.廁所淋浴間和房間相隔是實體牆，不是別的酒店那種半透不透的玻璃，這點也很好！
4.有桌子和小沙發，兩個人點外賣，邊吃邊看甄嬛傳真的很幸福
感謝酒店，讓我們原本住苦逼民宿的鬱悶心情一下就變好了。下次別的朋友來肯定首推這家！

I used a sour smelly rag to wipe the countertop and left it in the room. I smelled a foul odor when I came back at night. I went to the front desk and they said they couldn't contact the cleaning lady and would give me a reply tomorrow morning. The next morning I brought a McDonald's breakfast as an apology and they said the trainee lady forgot about it. Overall, the experience was not very good.
