服務：給長者定的，結果長者逛王府井街，找不到酒店了，後來知道其實就在酒店附近，就是找不到，然後我給攜程客服聯繫，讓攜程客服聯繫酒店能不能幫個忙，沒想到酒店服務人員很好，不盡第一時間聯繫長者還派人去找長者並接回酒店，整個過程，攜程客服和酒店服務人員快速的反應和溝通讓我很感動。長者也由於緊張也忘記問酒店服務員工號了，衹能再次表揚下6/2號中午上班的前台服務人員，下次去還會住漫心並會推薦給其他朋友們。再次感謝🙏

環境衞生都很好，隔音也不錯，服務人員也很熱情。本來定的是大床房，酒店免費給升了雙床房。出行也很方便，離地鐵站也很近，下次有機會應該還會選擇這家酒店。
