房間整體設施比較齊全，院子裏可以燒烤，房主提前做了介紹。唯一的遺憾就是有一個房間衞生間燈不亮，每個房間從裏面鎖不死，廚房不是很乾凈。

春有百花秋有月，夏有涼風冬有雪。一年中，北京最好的季節，約上三五好友一起，擇一處庭院，享一時悠閑。這家民宿距離市區不遠，對於我們住在北五環的人來説就是一腳油的事兒。整體乾淨衞生，老闆還提前幫我們備好了飲料紅酒冰塊，非常細心。

位置導航就可以找到很好找。
廚具很全。有兩種燒烤爐。還有燒柴火的灶台。
床單都是新換的。乾淨整潔。

除了位置略有些不好找，沒找到任何缺點，廚房一應俱全，自動洗碗機，鍋碗瓢盆、各種調料，洗滌靈等等一應俱全，五張床五間屋全部獨立衞生間，抓娃娃機爽了一把，抓到兩個，老闆説抓到都是送的，各憑本事啊大家，哈哈哈哈～
小院其實不大，但感覺很好，不像老舊民宿那麼死板，烤串和羊排生火做飯都行，大爐子真是絕了，入住當天有點下雨，打着大遮陽傘烤串別有一番情趣，周邊沒走太遠，有個街區健身和一個小賣部。還有停車位不多，我們三輛車反正都是車擋車，如果運氣不好可能停到200米以外，離得近的停車位比較少。
總體感覺完美，四歲以下孩子天堂，大一點的也可以玩的不錯。
