前台很nice，給辦理了提前入住和延遲退房，房間夠大，有個小沙發。
衞生佳，服務佳，符合萬豪的水準。
早餐比較一般了，中規中矩，贈送的日韓晚餐自助菜品還可以，但是服務就很差了，可以説是沒有服務，桌子上盤子都堆滿了也無人收，服務員在一旁聊天。
泳池水温28度，健身房刷房卡進入，小童樂園設施齊全，人很少。
有機會會再來。

酒店位置很好，環境不錯。特別是行政酒廊真的很多吃的，下午開始提供的酒種類也好多，房間雖然不大，大家一家三口正好 娃可以睡沙發。服務還是很讚的，前台ailsa很有耐心給詳細介紹餐飲，第二天熱心幫忙寄回遺失的物品，酒店早飯也很豐盛。

帶孩子參加完斯巴達，兩點直接來酒店辦理入住，因趕上五一長假 房間還沒收拾好 前台很熱情的幫我們選擇視野好的房間，還贈送了早餐，我們先去旁邊萬達吃了午飯，回來直接入住，山景房景色很好，體驗很好，挨着萬達晚上可以去溜溜彎，非常方便

五一期間普通雙床房賣到3000多，以為應該是個豪華酒店了，沒想到各方面都與預期極不相符。1、剛進門有些口渴，看到大堂有花果茶就倒了一杯，結果是一股餿味兒，不知道泡了幾天了；2、號稱有恆温泳池，帶孩子換好泳裝體驗了一下，用腳試了一下，實在是沒敢下去，確實是恆温，一直都很涼，孩子那麼喜歡玩水都能忍住不玩了，怕感冒，奇葩的是，旁邊的小童池，也是一樣的温度；整個泳池不超過10人，都是身體極好的不怕冷的，當時也遇到其他遊客在反映水涼的問題，也沒人搭理；3、早餐品種很少，2、3星酒店水準，98一位，湊合吃吧；4洗漱用品得自己找服務枱要，包括梳子、牙刷都沒有；5本來以為是個豪華酒店，應該有個花園，有些小朋友玩的設施，結果啥也沒有，就是一個普普通通的用來停車的院子，且是跟旁邊的原宿酒店共用，一個院子兩棟樓，兩個酒店從外觀，裝修等看是一樣的；6總體感覺，屬於3星標準吧，400塊錢的水平，掛萬豪的牌子，實在有些忽悠人了。

酒店位置很好，駕車前往很方便，地上地下都可以停車。不知道是五一假期人員多還是其它原因，房屋衞生差，地面灰塵多、地毯頭髮多，不過和酒店反應後服務人員很快進行了二次清掃。早餐需要等位，不過就餐可以確保有位置，還可以接受。
