首先這個酒店沒有自己的停車場，需要停到旁邊小區地下停車場，我們是到了酒店門口打電話詢問之後，店員告知，我們又掉頭下去停車。停車場很破，衞生比較差，離店的時候需要自己預付停車費然後等酒店財務上班之後再報銷。第一次遇見這種停車場，店員也沒有進行提前的一個告知。然後辦理入住的時候一共有兩個工作人員，前邊排隊一組顧客，我們進去以後並沒有人理會，也不知道服務員在和哪個顧客説話，見我們有些着急，一個服務員説讓我們等一會。我們看到自動辦理入住櫃枱機，於是自己去辦理入住，結果沒有房卡，這時店員過來告知這個機器沒有房卡了。我問店員你在讓我們等什麼？店員無語。連鎖酒店這種服務讓人無法接受，主要是服務太差太差，考慮到尊重私隱這裏就不曝光前台服務人員了。
