The hotel is a good deal for layovers. Just close to the airport and they provide free pickup and drop off service. But rather far for those who want to explore the city. Overall it was a good experience. The cleanliness of the room could be better though. Front desk staff was quite supportive.

This hotel is nearer to terminal 2 but quite far from terminal 3. The room is really tiny and there is no fridge in room. I have to put my stuff to be refrigerated in the freezer at the reception. There was no fridge at reception. But the worst is that the toilet constantly has a sewage smell. It is unbelievable that the hotel.was renovated in 2024. I guess they just repainted. The sink top is repainted. The corridor outside is renovated nicely like some high class hotel but the room inside is still rundown look with some paint job done. Luckily only stay 2 nights.
Response from Property: Sorry for the bad experience you had. You can book a larger room if you are willing to pay more. There is indeed no refrigerator in the hotel room, and it is clearly stated in the hotel introduction that there is no refrigerator in the room. If you want to refrigerate items, there is a refrigerator at the front desk, but you did not consult with the front desk.

The hotel is located near the airport, but it takes 20 minutes to get there by taxi, since it is on the other side. The hotel is being renovated, but they continue to check in customers… The noise and loud sounds of the repair will not allow you to rest
Response from Property: so sorry. Our hotel is only undergoing partial floor replacement, not complete renovation. The area where the photos were taken was not actually renovated, just to protect it. We will not allow you to stay in the room that is currently being renovated.

An excellent choice for transit, we walked from terminal 2, and upon check-out, the hotel provided a free transfer to the airport. The rooms are modern and beautifully renovated. The staff is polite and nice!

Very dirty in the bathroom. But location is good. 5 min from the airport. And we were picked up very soon after i texting in wechat with the hotel. So thanks for that.

The hotel provide both ways for airport transfer between their hotel and airport. Just remember to contact the hotel in advance to arrange.

Clean, recently renovated rooms. Best place to stay near Terminal 2 of Beijing Airport. Free transfer to airport (just 10 minutes by foot) and to metro station. Good pillows, nice cotton sheets. Friendly staff

Stopped for a quick rest between flights, the room was not expensive, and better than I expected. Clean and a decent size. The staff are friendly and the manager very helpful with getting us back to the airport on time with a free shuttle bus.

Terrible experience with laundry, I have to buy another jacket. service of the hotel are very bad, the driver from hotel to airport drive as a crazy person, we are near an international airport and nobody speaks not even one word of English, room are good and clean.

Room is small, but this is not the issue. The problem is about room that is smelly, either with cigarette smoke or dirty toilet smell. However the counter staff are lovely, really helpful and courteous. The airport transfer service is also very good.

I do not recommend this hotel to foreign tourists! Even after covid, there is no soap in the room. I asked at the reception, they have no soap! The hotel is close to the airport, but you will not be able to walk there. Either order a transfer from the hotel in advance (but it is very difficult to contact the hotel, they did not respond to my message in the trip.com chat), or order a taxi. But do not take a taxi at the exit from the airport, they deceive tourists and charge 130 yuan for such a short distance (5 minutes by car)! This is robbery! If you go to the parking lot, you can ask the employee to order a didi-taxi, its price will be 10-30 yuan. Next, we had 3 adults registered, and there were only two towels in the room, and after a long flight, the third person could not take a shower, due to the lack of a towel. The restaurant there is terribly expensive and consists only of Chinese cuisine. There are no vending machines with food. There is a noodle machine, but it is only for those who have a Chinese phone number! In short, only for Chinese. I have Alipay, but I couldn't even buy noodles with it in this hotel.

Firstly, our hotel does not provide soap, but you can use the hand sanitizer in the room for cleaning, and there is also shower gel in the shower area, which can be disinfected. If you need more towels, you can call the front desk and have the staff deliver them to your room. I don't think you won't be unable to take a shower due to insufficient towels. In addition, regarding the shuttle service you mentioned, the hotel provides free airport transfer service. If you need to take a taxi yourself, it is your own problem, not the hotel's problem. The hotel and the taxi outside the parking lot have nothing to do with it. Please pay attention to your words and do not bring your unpleasantness outside into the evaluation of the hotel. This is unfair and disrespectful to the hotel.
