The hotel was very clean. The room is clean and comfortable. Service was good and they can speak English.

I was surprised by the hospitality and service level of this hotel. The personnel were extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is very nice, clean, and convenient. They kindly provided a late night meal for guests who arrived late, there were free drinks and fruits in the room, and they also kindly gave the guests a small farewell gift. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Hotel was exceptionally clean. The room is clean and spacious and It’s incredibly comfortable. The breakfast just perfect, with so much choice.

Pleasant stay with no issues. Nice and quiet place to get over jet lag. Easy transport to and from airport. They have llamas in the backyard 🙂

The hotel also offers free airport shuttles. One standout feature was the extra touches with food: not only did they provide a good and delicious breakfast buffet, but they also offered complimentary midnight snacks, which is mostly Chinese food but still a thoughtful and rare perk. I also appreciated the flexible check-out time of 14:00, giving me plenty of time to relax before heading out. This hotel delivers exceptional service and value. Highly recommended for anyone traveling near the airport—you won’t regret it!

This has been my go-to hotel every time I’m transiting through Beijing. It’s such a convenient location. The staff is amazing, the services are excellent. I absolutely would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to go to the airport.

The airport pick up is fast. The lady and gentleman in the front desk are so friendly, considerate and helpful. Top one service. The food of night buffet and breakfast is so fabulous and the room facilities are fantastic. The is my best hotel experience, i will stay this hotel again when i come to Beijing next time . Hotel was very conveniently located near the airport. Airport pick up and drop off service was provided. Staff were very professional and helpful. The room itself was clean and cosy, the bed was very comfortable. Once the windows were closed, the planes flying by could not be heard at all. The breakfast and supper buffet was good and nutritious. The hotel had llamas in the enclosure between 2 buildings....

Nice hotel.Very attentive staff, as the Chinese phone number did not work, I barely called the transfer and got lost. But the staff searched for me until the last moment, they did not leave me at the airport and took me safely to the hotel and back.A wonderful hearty breakfast. Sweat was given the compliment of an eye mask. The rooms were clean, although there was no bathrobe, but this is uncritical.

Everything is good, free room upgrade, pick up, drop off, lamas, staff is very cute☺️🥰

Loved my stay here. It’s convenient in terms of being next to the airport. In addition, the staff are very friendly and accommodating at all hours. The housekeeping staff did a phenomenal job ensuring my room was well kept. The only drawback is the lack of a subway to efficiently commute to the city but there is a bus stop within a 5-7 min walk. I’d definitely come back again the next time I return to Beijing.

Service is good. They picked up us from airport around ~15 mins after we informed. Free snacks are served in the evening.
