房屋乾淨，設施都很新。老闆夫妻服務意識非常好，有什麼需求都可以給你解決，重點評論下早餐，豐富又好吃，肉餅包子都是現做的，非常棒，是我住過民宿中最好吃的一家，下次還會再來

位置很好找，小院設計風格很獨特，服務人員態度不錯。有公共廚房可自己帶食材做飯。室內乾淨設計大方簡潔。附近有四渡河，還有山可以爬。吃飯對面就有餐廳，還有再來，已經推薦朋友。

整個院子乾淨整潔，管家阿姨很熱情，手腳麻利，幫忙收拾的特別用心。老闆人很好，解答耐心，完全沒有任何負擔，我們全部大概17個人，玩兒的非常開心，附近景區很多，美食咖啡也都不缺，很完美的週末帶娃放鬆小聚！

公司組織團建，對比了好多家最終選擇穗安，市區開車1h多路程，民宿獨門獨院，設施齊全，房間衞生乾淨，門口停車也很方便。
房東大哥很熱情，隨叫隨到，我們一行十幾人，還贈送了2天的早餐，有專門的管家做早飯，大姐很勤快。院子有游泳池和小童遊樂設施，挺乾淨的，小朋友打水仗玩high了。
民宿對面及旁邊有餐廳就餐很方便，天氣熱沒出去逛景點，就在屋裡打麻將、K歌、玩桌遊也挺熱鬧的。
整體體驗感很好，下次聚會還過來玩。

設施：設施齊全，該有的都有，而且設備挺新的
衞生：衞生乾淨看着很舒服
環境：獨立小院子，熱了還有個小泳池進去泡着
服務：管家阿姨特別好，還有阿姨種的小黃瓜也很好吃。
