1.馬桶不乾淨
保潔來二次清潔的時候流程也不對 抹布擦完抓起我房間沒用過的捲紙就擦 （捲紙因為手上帶水都凹陷）我整捲紙都不能用了

這個酒店幫我免費升級了有窗户的房間，服務態度可以，我覺得這個價格配得上五星，雖然還有一些不足，比如晚上打電話要拖鞋，等了很久沒送，我直接沒要了，床上可能還是不夠乾淨（我比較愛乾淨）有細小處還是有問題的，比如枕頭床單均有發黃的地方，還有一點點的小污漬，但是一整晚我無過敏症狀，還可以
