總體來講比較差，總結起來，第一，泳池裡麪漂白粉味大的嗆人，呆一下就要跑出來呼吸呼吸。第二，我們定的最貴的冰雪套房，房間裏面本來含有一個解鎖抽屜的小遊戲，一共四個抽屜前一個抽屜有後一個抽屜的解鎖線索，結果其中一個抽屜忘了鎖，另外兩個抽屜裏的線索放反了，就是根本沒體會到解謎樂趣。第三，大廳的小童樂園又舊又小，像上個世紀的很不好玩。第四，户外的滑梯旋轉木馬，跟街心公園的那種似的，孩子玩一下就覺得沒意思了。

孩子很喜歡第五次去，價格小貴，衞生有待加強，小童的洗漱用品有待加強沒有小童牙膏和擦手油，比以前有所下降。房間的地面不夠乾淨。

冰雪套房兩個孩子住的很開心，滑梯和樓梯就玩的滿頭大汗～沉浸式互動解謎故事帶着寶貝一起動腦筋找禮物很有意義，粉嘟嘟的小本本也很可愛～清明趕上第一天天氣不好，娃們在酒店就玩了一天。早餐和晚餐都是自助餐，小朋友都能找到適合的食物，服務響應也很及時，總體感覺很不錯。

吊牀房間很大，有攀巖，滑梯，搖搖馬，弔籃，還有猜謎遊戲，衞生條件可，温泉小滑梯很適合兩歲多的寶寶，還有室外小遊樂場，旋轉木馬🎠定時開放

歡樂島室外攀爬城堡:就當沒有吧，
整體講，這個配套，對不起這個價格，娛樂設施除了游泳以外，可以忽略不計，根本沒什麼，房間裝飾就那樣，對不起1500多的價格，
不值得這個價格。

2年多前來過一次住的樹屋，這次住的冰雪房，價格都不低，體驗依然很不好：服務和設施跟房價嚴重不成正比，作為大人體驗感很不好…先説説不好的：（1）服務員態度一直是不冷不熱，一點不熱情，如果不是1-2千的房價，也就算了無所謂了，這價格不低於五星級酒店，服務態度好歹追上吧；（2）歡樂水世界衹有下午3點多開放到晚9點，如果衹是住一晚，第二天上午就不能玩水了，時間太短，向他們提出了建議增加些玩水時間，京郊很多大的温泉親子酒店都是第二天早上也開放的，話又説回來畢竟房價不低，顧客的獲得感體驗感還是要充實上的；（3）户外的遊樂場還是有時間限定的，中午11點多就關閉了，服務員説工作人員也要吃飯，這個理由讓人很無語，親子酒店是服務行業啊，服務業是辛苦不容易，但是作為親子主題的酒店，這不是讓住客還得老想着遊樂場什麼時候關，自己的活動安排就不自由了嗎，而且每天上午9點半-10點半有主題活動，活動完沒多久就11點了，根本趕不上户外遊樂場………（4）早餐種類也跟2年前差不多，種類少、品質很普通，之前也寫過點評對早餐提建議，這麼久了無改進…（5）房間衞生也不理想，這次冰雪房本想燒水喝，結果燒水壺裡還有之前客人留下的水，頓時噁心的沒有燒熱水喝，入住期間喝的涼礦泉水…總之體驗感沒有期待的好，好的地方是冰雪房有解謎遊戲，還不錯。酒店主題不錯，如果想長久做下去，希望在服務態度、房間衞生、餐飲品質各個方面再提升吧
