住了兩晚，體驗太好了！住過最好的親子主題小院，設計非常用心，維護得也很好，乾淨、設施好，每個角落都細節滿滿，能看出老闆很有品位，對品質要求很高。馬桶都是智能馬桶，吸塵器都是戴森～而且老闆太懂孩子了，小院裏塞滿了寶寶喜歡的要素，泳池、海洋球、滑梯、小石子池、射箭玩具、六面體、各種玩具和繪本，寶寶都玩瘋了，自己帶的玩具都沒往外拿。老闆還貼心備好洗澡盆、寶寶椅，真是拎包就能來玩，太省心了。客廳裏還有ktv、遊戲機、麻將機等，寶寶太小沒有體驗。傍晚坐在露台上看日落吹晚風喝啤酒太舒服了。管家大哥大姐人很好、服務熱情，大熱天給我們提前放好泳池水、清理泳池，還送了粽子和蔬菜水果。附近有個山洞蘑菇火鍋強烈推薦，避暑勝地。臨走前買了老闆自己設計的民宿冰箱貼做紀念，等寶寶大點了還會再來，期待下次不一樣的體驗😆

忘記拍照片了，與圖片一致，設施都很新很乾凈，設計感十足，榻榻米好評。出門步行兩分鐘就是河邊，小朋友們玩水捉魚很方便，院子裏有恆温泳池，二層露台晚上看星星很愜意。周圍離雲居寺，翡翠湖，拒馬河都不遠，開車去很方便。管家阿姨很熱情，幫忙買了烤串，在院子裏自己烤還挺開心的，油餅好評。

民宿整體非常乾淨，便捷，應有盡有，我這種用紙大户最喜歡的一點是隨處都能找到紙巾，並且很多設計巧思還可以學習一下😀泳池也挺乾淨漂亮，孩子玩的很開心~
房東和管家人很好，買燒烤食材等也很方便，可以幫忙取，回覆消息等也很及時，周邊還有條小河，整體很滿意，有時間會再來~

位置很好找，從預訂到對接都非常順利～對我們來説最重要的是衞生，打掃的非常好，床品很乾凈，管家阿姨有任何問題都是隨叫隨到，早晨炸的油餅，和熱乎乎的玉米粥吃到我心坎裏～下次來房山可以二刷此地～這回沒去成大集略有遺憾～我不是託兒啊，但是我覺得好的民宿，就是要好好表揚再接再厲！！！

回頭客了，蠻少評價，很寶藏的一家民宿，屋內乾淨整潔，無論裝修、陳設都給人一種很温馨的感覺，細節也是滿滿當當，洗地機是戴森的，桌上會放小零食，還可以續🥲總之各方面對細節控很友好，住這的話不去景點，就在周邊可玩性也高，有小河，可觀山。房東也特別熱情主打一個知無不言，衹要你問，正常情況下民宿是房東的爸爸媽媽在打理，如果不想自己動手或出去吃，還可以自己點一些他們家的小炒吃，最後最最重要的一點，退房的時候，房東的爸媽還會送一些自己家種的蔬菜，住過三次有兩次都收到啦，這你受得了嗎？
