住宿很滿意，小區裏面很大，很多聯排別墅這種，三層。這家房在最邊上，小院可以燒烤打牌等等。屋裡一樓一進門是客廳，空間不小，適合聚會，有麻將機。有大電視可以唱歌。一樓有個卧室稍小，住三人也沒問題。二樓三樓分別兩個卧室。房東也很好，有事及時過來處理。比較滿意 以後有時間再去。

🙋[對於房東，我想説] 房東大哥人特別好，服務周到！
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜] 首先屋裡裝修很文藝，房間也很乾凈，相較其他民宿整潔很多
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説] 小區門口路邊就有超市，對面是加油站，在屋裡就能看到密雲水庫的景色
房子共三層，五間卧室，共五個廁所，帶餐廳，卧室也很大
①房子可以燒烤，老闆已經把燒烤工具和調料準備好
②可以卡拉OK，音響超級棒
③可打麻將🀄，麻將機也可以當餐桌
④超大廚房應有盡有，可以自己做飯
⑤屋裡有很多書📚，喜歡讀書的朋友可以看看書，喝喝茶
⑥可以吃火鍋，廚房有單人小火鍋，超方便
最後感謝🙏房東大哥的熱情招待💁，希望以後還有機會來

總體感覺非常好的一次入住，這個價格在十一期間算是很划算了，每一間屋子都很乾凈，主要位置很好可以看到密雲水庫，在小院燒烤房東還提供了爐具煤炭，屋裡可以唱KTV打麻將，房東很熱情提供了早餐，而且還是我們點餐，早上的豆腐腦和燒餅太地道了，下次有機會再去

對比了很多選擇他家，房間蠻好的，很乾凈，房東也很爽快。小院裏裝修得不錯，可以燒烤，我們是自己帶的燒烤板，過了一個輕鬆的週末。

房子寬敞乾淨，都有獨立的衞生間，能唱歌，能打麻將，有個小院能燒烤，房東特別熱情，還給提供燒烤碳，我們提前到了，也讓我們提前入住了。總之，這個週末過的很愉快，有機會還會去的
