人身安全受到威脅，入住不到三個小時衹能選擇退房，非常擔心害怕酒店直接刷卡硬性打開房門，洗澡過程中電話不停給房間打，男服務員一次次敲門登記和例行檢查。

This is the first time I write a negative review on Ctrip. As a Marriott Lifetime Platinum Member, I am extremely disappointed with the service of this JW Hotel. First, we booked eight rooms and confirmed by phone the day before. However, when we arrived at the hotel early (3pm), surprisingly, the room had not been cleaned by 6:30pm. Secondly, we called several times to ask for water to be delivered to the room, but it took more than an hour for it to be delivered. After returning to the hotel in the evening, we were told that due to line repairs, there was no hot water supply and we had to wait until the morning. The next morning we had a flight to catch and needed to pick up something from the concierge. However, there was only one staff member in the entire concierge who was busy attending to other guests. We waited for fifteen minutes and got no response. Due to time constraints, we had to ask the front desk to open the concierge department and find what we needed on our own. It is unacceptable that this kind of service quality appears at the JW Marriott Hotel in the Capital Region. A rating of 0.5 feels too generous.

The room was very clean and the service from HaIeg and NaNCg at the front desk was very good.

Not far from the ground, clean, comfortable and quiet, the bed is also comfortable for sleep
