Because I booked different room types for two days, and I had to go out early the next morning, the handsome guy at the front desk arranged for me early, and even upgraded the room type, thank you very much! Later, the services such as helping to fetch hot water were also very good. But there is a small thing that is not satisfactory, the body suddenly has a problem, the little girl at the front desk is very indifferent, and has no sense of helping at all.

Excellent location, guest-facing staff that was lovely and as helpful and cheerful and professional as could be. The room itself had very stained carpets and broken and rusted portions in the bathroom. But was otherwise comfortable and had a nice view and a perfect temperature. The cleaning staff frequently would not replace things - we were there for 12 days. So no replacement bathrobes or teacups and sometimes not enough water in the room. They took our room key once but I think it was an innocent mistake. It feels like a lot of untrained folks working this department with not a lot of quality control discipline. The food was awful and oily. Definitely some reusing of old food going on. It was a chaotic mess, with food everywhere and somewhat rude, young staff and grumpy elder chefs. Sometimes it was tough to find a seat to enjoy your meal. The last straw came when I poured my tea into a clean cup and there was a residue of oil on the top. Solid nope. I tried to get my prepaid meal back for my teen daughter since she refused to eat downstairs after a few days. They refused but sent tea, cakes and fruit to our room every day which we found to be a nice and relaxing compromise from the frustrations downstairs. I can’t compliment the front desk staff enough!! They were always lovely and friendly despite the language barrier. We really appreciated it. I’d stay here again especially since it’s so close to the subway, to the summer palace and Peking uni, but would advise other travelers not expect it to be 5 stars.

During the May Day holiday, it was like two different worlds... I would like to praise the food. Every dish in Aman House tasted just right. It was a pity that I didn't order the roast duck in advance. Breakfast was self-service ordering. The eggplant and pork shaved noodles reminded me of the taste of my parents' hand-rolled noodles when I was a child. It was so delicious. The wontons and sesame cakes ordered by my husband were also good! The hotel service was up to standard, especially the food exceeded expectations. If I don't have a new goal when I come to Beijing again, Aman will still be my first choice.

The location of the hotel is very good, right next to Tsinghua University. The transportation is very convenient. I arrived at the hotel almost early in the morning. Manager Xiao Song at the front desk was very helpful and enthusiastic. He also helped with luggage. Check-in was very fast, and he also upgraded the room type for free. , it’s great😄, the room is also very clean and comfortable, it’s very pleasant when the sun shines into the room in the morning😌. will come again next time.

I stayed here for a week and it was a good experience. The housekeeper is very humane and the service is attentive. When I encounter problems, I will communicate and coordinate to solve them. It is a very user-friendly apartment. I will come back next month.

The room was relatively small and cramped, and the room smelled like sewers. I had to open the window when sleeping at night. The front desk service was good. There was fruit for you to pick up. It was close to the subway. It was okay if you didn't have breakfast. There was a snack bar as soon as you left. 跟着導航走到酒店後，乘坐電梯到3樓，是酒店的前台。酒店裡的所有工作人員見到客人都會打招呼問好。前台很熱情的給我們升級大床觀景房，辦理入住期間，前台給做了兩杯熱咖啡。認真給選房間。電梯刷卡到5樓客房，因為個人原因，又換了房間，樓層保潔大姐和客房大姐，很熱情的帶我們看房換房間。還幫我拿東西。有好多房間。進入房間後，忘了拍照，直接就休息了，酒店宣傳介紹的就是真實的房間情況，所以我用了現成的圖片。房間衞生乾淨，最主要的是我的房間很安靜！房間內有智能的小度，開燈開空調開電視打電話，都可以躺在床上喊小度😄因為新開業，暫時沒有早餐。不過樓下出門左轉就有護國寺小吃。附近好多小吃。酒店細節做的很到位！毛巾定製打簽有酒店訊息，還有2024年3月的日期。房間床頭操控面板也美觀。總之，這次入住非常滿意！下次再來北京中關村還會選擇喆啡酒店中關村地鐵站店。
