The location of the hotel is very convenient because is close to city center and shopping malls. The problem is that during the buffet breakfast it was very messy, some tables that were free they were not cleaned yet, and people were wasting the food everywhere. Kids were left unattended and they were spilling food. Maybe the people working should have paid more attention to these things. Especially when is holiday like it was on our case ( Dragon Boat Festival holiday). Everything else was good!

We booked this hotel for our friend’s bachelorette party. The location is right in the heart of Sanlitun, so you really can’t get a much better spot! 🤩 Only three of us slept in the room due to regulations, but the other 5 girls were able to check in as guests just for the party, and all went smoothly! The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, and the staff was very accommodating. We had a bit of confusion with the details of our booking, and a manager named Athena helped us sort everything out so smoothly. She made us feel welcomed, calm, and made our stay super comfortable. Fresh fruit was sent up to our room, and they accommodated us with extra champagne glasses.🥂 CHAO is such a luxurious hotel, and Athena was especially helpful and made our stay perfect. Thank you, Athena, and thank you CHAO! 💕

Hanting hotel can be found all around china , I don’t know how but this hotels are really clean and new , most of the time I think that they all are new , but when I asked the front desk most of them have been in this Bussiness for more than 3 years at the same location, the only secret to keep them clean is having a good management, and I really appreciate there hard work , all guest who are traveling all around the world I suggest them to use hanting hotel , it can be found all around china

Overall positive reviews! The hotel does not have breakfast. Since there is no restaurant, it is very convenient to have breakfast in the store at the entrance. The location is good. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Room cleaning done daily to a high level. A few cons: - Very confusing location with another hotel with the exact same name about 20m away with a more obvious entrance. - the room smelt very badly of cigarette smoke especially in the bathroom - construction is happening 24/7 leading to difficult and interrupted sleep - room has lots of tech-based amenities which are difficult for non Chinese speakers to navigates (eg. Tablet to use lights and blinds)

Ok for the room because it's very big 👍 Good Location! Surrounding by many shops. But when I came here I try to search english name ”mercure beijing city centre” of this hotel in Didi application but can't find (Luckily have Chinese help me with this , thank you☺️) I hope you can change to english name in Didi to easily find and easily come. By the way, at first i thought this hotel is very near to Sanlitun so I chose here (Actually if by walking take very long time... So tired 😥)

The front desk staff are always helpful. When we had problems with DiDi, a female staff used her own account to book the taxi and told me to just pay her back the amount the next day as the fare is not final till the end of the journey. They are generally so helpful that is important for visitors to China trying to figure out the system. The apartment is large and definitely sufficient for our family of 4 (couple with 2 teenage children). Heater in the bathroom takes a while to heat up but once it does you get hot water with very good pressure. Apartment is value for money. Its a short walk to the subway station but taxi is so convenient and very well priced that its not necessary to take subway.

Stayed here for a night. Location is great as it. Walking distance to U-Town Mall and Ritan Park. Train stations are slightly far. Room was comfortable. Just right for the price. Staffs at front desk were accommodating. 2 things they can improve: 1) cant get any mobile or data signal in the whole hotel. 2) There was a bad smell in the room. Maybe the hotel should put some air fresheners.
