When entering the hotel I was greeted by Leo at the front desk and he was very helpful throughout the process and also helped link my membership to the room as I had forgotten to do so. Although there was a small issue with the room, after bringing it up to the front desk they were very prompt in solving the issue and apologetic showing their sincerity. Was overall a good experience.

When checking in, the waiter was very enthusiastic and introduced the hotel facilities and services in detail. Because the room was not ready yet, it was recommended to have lunch before checking in, and the luggage was sent to the room first. The food in the restaurant on the second floor tasted good. The children also had a lot of fun in the swimming pool. The breakfast was quite rich. I will come again next time if I have the chance!
