After breakfast, the concierge helped arrange a car and introduced me to Panjiayuan Market, a very popular place. very nice. The front desk is also very welcoming. You can use WeChat and Alipay at the front desk, which is very convenient. The most unexpected thing is that you can play billiards for free in the hotel gym area. When you check out, you are also given a refrigerator magnet from the Forbidden City Cultural and Creative Industries, which is awesome👍🏻

As usual the rooms are the draw to this hotel for me. I did see improvement with English speaking at the front desk and the cleaning staff are always pleasant and swift. I love the lil convenience store downstairs. The swimming pool and gym were closed. I suggest that the hotel invest in a delivery robot to deliver food to the rooms. We always have to order out and it is daunting to keep going downstairs to pick up food or other supplies. Other hotels in the same price range owns a few robots that bring items up to the rooms which saves the staff time and keeps the customers happy.
