PiaoHOME Inn (Beijing Jiuxianqiao Chaoyang High-speed Railway Station)

PiaoHOME Inn (Beijing Jiuxianqiao Chaoyang High-speed Railway Station)

Wangjing Area Beijing|0.32km from Yudigang Office Building
Not a bad hotel, to be honest, I expected less when a taxi took us from the station at night. Now I’ll tell you in order. Pros: + excellent location: metro station 5 minutes away; There is also an excellent large shopping center with world brands, a lot of places to eat (European cuisine: gaga, blue frog, mc donalds), coffee shops (Starbucks, %). On the other side of the hotel, a 10-minute walk away, is a cool chain establishment of Italian cuisine, Annie’s, with an interior for Tarantino fans. The food is very tasty! + clean and tidy, new plumbing with good water pressure, very comfortable bed, a place to sit in the form of a window sill with a blanket, wireless phone charging in the room, a lot of sockets (including USB); - on the 4th floor there is a mini-lobby with water, a vending machine and tea, tables, and there are washing machines there (as we understand, you can use them for free). Minuses: - no breakfast. If you ask, at the reception they will give you a bag with two empty buns, a bag of milk and one egg (this is free); - not a single closet or shelf in the room - nowhere to put things! Moreover, in our room there were niches that could be supplemented with shelves to accommodate comfortably, the unfortunate 4 hangers did not help in any way. Also, no shelves in the bathroom - if you have a lot of cosmetics, a hairdryer or something like that - it’s very inconvenient, everything will sloppily litter the space by the sink and the only table and chair in the room. There aren't even hooks for towels - why?? By the way, for some reason there was only one bedside table (although there was enough space for two); - the toilet often smelled of cigarettes - apparently they smoked in another room and were attracted to us, not pleasant. Summary: not very far from the exhibition center (especially by taxi) and the airport, from the center. The hotel is inexpensive and not bad, but there is some work to be done.

The location is great. We spent NYE here and were planning to join the party they had in the bar downstairs. Really we glad we didn’t pre book / pre pay as it was very quiet and costed 888¥. The room was very clean. The pool is incredibly small, even for a city hotel. There were only 4 recliners, all taken when we arrived. We couldn’t use the pool as the entry point was in the deep end and people were doing laps. Quite unfortunate.

Come to Beijing Jiuxianqiao for business trip, this hotel is newly renovated and just open to the outside world, the location is very good, the transportation is convenient, the parking space is sufficient, it is also very close to the subway, across the road is Bodhi Port, and there are many delicious foods nearby. The front desk lady is beautiful and welcoming, the room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich. The bedding is good, it is very comfortable to sleep, the shampoo bath liquid is also branded, and the taste is very good. Self-service laundry can also be ironed, for people on business trips, it is really just needed. Although the outside is lively, the room is very quiet, and there is a feeling of quiet in the middle of noisy. In short, I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I come to Beijing on a business trip.

Ruiyinge Service Apartment (Beijing Wangjing 798)

The first time I stayed at Ruiying Hotel, it should be an apartment-style residential hotel. The hotel does not have a front desk and needs to contact the hotel to pick up guests. The room is large, the facilities are good, and it is very quiet. There is a parking lot at the door. I don't know how to charge (no driving). The environment at the door is also good. There is Yonghui Supermarket. Everyone remembers to enter from the photo. There is a 24-hour security guard at the door, which is very good. It is also worth mentioning that the hotel's full manager, from the pick-up of the guests to the handling of the problem is very powerful, began to book two days, the result is due to the lover's physical discomfort one day in advance, the full manager arranged very well, very touched, will choose to stay next time. Thank you very much, the full manager.

✨ [first look into the room] After the room entered, it felt good. The landlord should be a designer. The design is very strong. It is very beautiful. 📍 [For the convenience of the surrounding area, I would say] It is very convenient to have a Yonghui Supermarket in the neighborhood. There is also a drugstore next to it. The blind massage skin management. It takes two minutes to drive to the port of Qudi. 🛏 [Housing facilities I must mention] The bedding is particularly comfortable. The bed is clean and tidy. Finally ㊗️ Happy New Year, the landlord works well, the new year is awesome, and the weather is so hot. I will come often in the future.

Price: Stay for 3 days on New Year's Day to 353 for the first 2 days, and 200 for the last day. Service: The room was upgraded with more windows. I live on the top floor of 515, which is on the right hand side of the mountain. It is close to the elevator and quiet. If there is someone who will go to Amway later, check this location. The overall service staff has no unpleasant things, and they are all united. Environment: Overall clean and tidy, it should not be open for a long time, not facing the street and quiet, not far from the subway. Facilities: It's quite new, and it's worth the money for me personally. In addition, the breakfast included is really good, and the meals are rich in variety and good in quality. In short, I am very satisfied overall. I am really happy that I did not step on the thunder this time, and the price/performance ratio exceeds expectations.
