The old and broken electrical appliances and other equipment in the facilities were not replaced at all. There was no hot water right after checking in. I called to take care of it but there was no reply for two whole days. The service attitude was extremely perfunctory. Ctrip's customer service performed very well and immediately helped me change to a new hotel. The water and electricity are normal and the service is also enthusiastic.
