"I recently stayed for two nights at the Royal Tulip Achrafieh and overall had a very positive experience. The location is one of the hotel’s strongest assets—right in the heart of Achrafieh, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and key areas of Beirut. It’s convenient whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and good sound insulation, which made it easy to rest despite the busy neighborhood. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive without being intrusive. Service was generally solid. The staff were polite and helpful, especially at the front desk, where check-in and check-out were smooth. While not overly personalized, the service was efficient and professional. Breakfast was varied and of good quality, though it can get a bit busy during peak hours. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that some areas of the hotel feel slightly dated compared to newer properties in Beirut, but this doesn’t significantly impact the overall comfort. In summary, Royal Tulip Achrafieh offers a reliable and comfortable stay in a prime location. I would definitely consider staying here again."

"The location is good. But this hotel doesn't have active pool, gym and breakfast. You should walk 200m in Hamra city center to reach another hotel for these facilities. Gym and pool is opening at 10am. The water is salty, filtered sea water. You can't brush your teeth or wash fruits. The serenad hotel receptionist guy is very helpful. He opened gym early for me. But overall, midtown hotel is not 4star hotel. Maybe it is 2 star and it doesn't worth the price."

"The reception staff were anything but friendly; on the contrary, we felt very out of place, even though my boyfriend spoke Arabic. We weren't given any information about the pool, etc. We had to ask about everything ourselves. When we inquired at reception, we were told the pool was open until 6:30 pm, but when we got there, the lifeguard told us he wanted to finish work at 6:00 pm. Very unprofessional. There was no sauna. The "deluxe" room I booked was anything but deluxe. It was simply outdated and very dirty. I wouldn't recommend this hotel."

"A very nice boutique hotel, large and spacious room, pleasant and well thought out. Very well located, the staff in general is good, and more particularly at the reception YARA, NOUR, HAYTHAM AND HUSEIN. The maids are nice but always forget to put something in the room, so don't hesitate to call reception again. The only downside in the picture is the catering service. Breakfast, there are lots of little things, but you don't feel Lebanon. We want to eat Lebanese in Lebanon so they put small thin or cheese or tomato pizzas made at 5 a.m. so when you arrive at 8 or 9 a.m. to have breakfast they are cold and hard as hell drink it, the same for the Labné they put it in a small pot where you can't even eat it without olive oil without anything and of course the least thing is to have some good Lebanese bread, well no one breakfast to be completely reviewed by a true Lebanese professional. I don't come to Lebanon to eat salmon or ham. A country where there are so many good things. Room service also deserves better control of cleanliness."
