VValerii BelanMany thanks to the manager-supervisor Ahmad. Without his help, I would have been in a very difficult situation. I had a business in Beirut and he gave me all the necessary information about SIM cards, the Internet, how to use Google maps offline, where to buy the chocolate I needed, and even offered me a guide around Beirut. Moreover, Ahmad personally arranged with the chocolate shops, and I just had to come and buy what I needed. I am very grateful to him!!!

EELENA_N_96The location at the hotel is good, the room liked, breakfast for three, every day the same, humus and sauces are acid, eggs are wet. There was also a displeasant situation that turned out when we had already evicted. The safe in the room didn't work and we left the wallet under the things. And later found out that it was not enough $100. Nowhere except in the hotel they could not go missing. So I advise everyone to be vigilant, no money in the room to leave and insist on a correct safe. Apparently the room service staff is unfair.

Room is deluxe but old and needs to reflect more brightness and cleanliness.
Compared to the international level, the hotel needs to step up on the cleanliness and quality control.
The support was good and the efforts were appreciated but the hotel management needs to invest more to meet up with the international equivalent rate per night.
Noting that the conditions of the country are currently defying and keeping up with the basic services is nearly impossible, and the hotel managed to provide the basics from water/hot water, electricity and A/C almost 24/7.
Can order outside delivery to the room.
Suitable for competitive rates, and customers intending to spend time outdoors as for travelers, young tourists, and regional customers.

GGuest Userstaff friendly n helpful. location optimal for local bars n snack shops n the touristic site ”pigeon rock”. price is fair, given the high inflation of this country. but it would be so much better if they could provide warmer water for shower. it feels like the bathroom water is only lukewarm, n thats hard to deal with when one visits in winter...

SSpringfieldDue to the impact of the war, many parts of the hotel's guest rooms have not been repaired, the water pipes are leaking, and the towels and washing utensils are not fully equipped. Although it is very suitable for the price, this experience is average.

I had an absolutely amazing stay.
The room was spotless, the corners were perfectly clean, and the floor was shining the moment I walked in. The bed was very comfortable and the whole room felt fresh, well-maintained, and welcoming.
The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, making the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out.
The toilets were very tidy, clean, and organized, which added a lot to the comfort of the stay.
The hotel is safe, quiet, and in the best location in Hamra, just steps away from AUBMC, restaurants, and all main attractions.
Great value, great service, and truly exceptional cleanliness.
Honestly, a 10/10 stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose it again.
