Konum çok kötü. İnternet çok kötü. İlk gece rezervasyon yaptırdığımız odayı ikinci gün değiştirmemize yardımcı olan görevliler iyiler. Ancak ilk gün bizi ağırladıkları oda oldukça kötüydü (Standart). Fakat ikinci gün odayı bir seviye yükseltm**i istedikten sonra geçtiğimiz oda güvenli ve güzeli (Süit). Turlar konusunda yardımcı olmadıkları gibi sonradan öğrendiğimiz üzere bizden ekstra 1 kat daha ücret almaya çalışıyorlarmış. Kahvaltı çok standart. Alınmaya değer değil. 4 yıldızı kesinlikle hak etm**en bir hotel. Görüntüler sizi yanıltm**ın. Görevliler iyi ancak hotel maalesef kötü.

Basic facilities.
Room is deluxe but old and needs to reflect more brightness and cleanliness.
Compared to the international level, the hotel needs to step up on the cleanliness and quality control.
The support was good and the efforts were appreciated but the hotel management needs to invest more to meet up with the international equivalent rate per night.
Noting that the conditions of the country are currently defying and keeping up with the basic services is nearly impossible, and the hotel managed to provide the basics from water/hot water, electricity and A/C almost 24/7.
Can order outside delivery to the room.
Suitable for competitive rates, and customers intending to spend time outdoors as for travelers, young tourists, and regional customers.

Staff are not enough, receptionist even can’t confirm that oor reservation included breakfast or not tell next day we complain to morning manager to grt answer that it is included, they not even put a complementary one small bottle of water in room.
And also Bathroom down in lobby and dining area was so dirty at afternoon when we make checkin (that we know that no cleaning staff available all the times)
