The hotel is located in the city center, very new, and the rooms are simple. It is equivalent to a high-end express hotel in China. The hotel service is good. We parked the car at the door and the driver helped us pay the fee on the roadside.

As a five-star hotel, there is no gym or swimming pool; you must check out at 11 o'clock or you will be deducted 20 pounds an hour; there is no free parking lot, and valet parking also needs to be charged; there is no room cleaning without hanging cleaning signs, so I asked the front desk to ask for cleaning and found out when I came back. Basic cleaning except changing bath towels

Great hotel in a great location. Unfortunately on this occasion our room was on the 7th floor (normally stay in a higher floor) and we were kept awake by the music from the Christmas party going on a few floors below.

My recent breakfast experience at this hotel had its ups and downs. First, the baby high chair was disappointingly dirty, even after I spent a considerable amount of time wiping it down with wet wipes, as seen in the pictures. The cleanliness standards should definitely be improved.
As for the breakfast service, it left much to be desired. It felt like there was only one server handling everything, and it took a whopping 20 minutes for a simple yogurt to be served. I'm confident I could have prepared it in two minutes myself. Plus, the portion of yogurt was quite small, and the oatmeal was almost inedibly dry. However, I must admit that the full breakfast option redeemed the dining experience.
In summary, while the full breakfast was enjoyable, the cleanliness of the baby high chair and the slow service for basic items like yogurt need significant improvement.

The good- great location, high quality bed and furnishings.
The disappointing- bar service in 1st floor awful. Lots of staff but took 30 mins to get 2 glasses of wine-had to chase up to get it. Different levels of wine in the two glasses.
Service at breakfast also not good. Lots of staff but slow and no greetings/ interactions. The hot food was great but local cheese was some Brie and curled up slices of ? cheddar. Fruit salad was 95% apple with the rest watermelon. Home made granola - looked like Alpen.
Room very comfortable but air con didn’t seem to work and layer of scum between bathroom sick and marble top - which came out when sink filled for hubby’s shave.
Have fed back to hotel reception so hopefully will improve.
Overall disappointed in what we had planned as a luxury treat.
