"The hotel was clean, trendy, and great. Housekeeping was done daily, and all areas were kept spotlessly clean. The towels were large, and the shower had a separate door, so I didn't have to worry about water splashing out. The only minor drawback was the lack of a separate vanity, but there was an outlet and a full-length mirror near the door, which was very convenient!"

"Our room was large comfortable just a pity bed too hard for us. View over golf course. Pool and steel room brilliant. All staff very friendly and helpful. Sorry but the price of wine and drink too much for us. We did listen to the live music he was great thanks."

"Had everything we needed and room was very clean bed was comfy and spotless bathroom and shower was very good and clean too was roughly 10 min walk from train/bus station/centre of city best for me was the buffet breakfast , there was everything you could want too much to write on here . took a long walk to walk it off every morning would stay again no problem thanks again mike and claire ."

"The hotel was conveniently located near the train station in downtown Belfast. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. There is several pubs located across the street. The hotel piano bar was very nice. I would recommend a view facing the street from the front of the hotel."

"Loved the self-check in. I booked a cheaper room which did come with the smell of the nearby fast food place and a loud humming of an aircon (?) outside. I had another issue in my room but I alerted the management to it. Other than that, the room had a nice size and a nice bathroom. Oh, also wish they had ceramic cups for hot drinks and not just disposable ones (I don’t like pouring boiling water into single use plastic-laden cups)."

"I had the best experience,the reception was soo kind and great, the guy at the front desk,gave me his power bank to charge my phone,kept my luggage,gave directions and called immediately my room was ready… the room was clean,no smell,had a small calendar, and it was close to a lot of tourist sites… I recommend over and over.."

"The location is very good, just opposite the cityhall, the train station is 10 minutes away. Next door is the gathering place for the getyourguide one-day group. The room also has a balcony, you can breathe to see the sunset, but you still have to find the front desk to lock it at night. The front desk of the hotel is very welcoming."
