"I loved this hotel! We traveled from the airport to the hotel by bus number 600 and then walked a short distance. The room was spacious and had a desk and two chairs, perfect for working online. There's a restaurant and a bar with a nice atmosphere, and the staff were friendly. If you're a fan of Titanic, I highly recommend this place. There's a Spar convenience store and a shopping mall nearby, all within walking distance, making it very convenient. I will definitely stay here again."

"My wife and I have just had a lovely stay in The Merchant Hotel and plan to return with friends. It's quite expensive but worth every penny, and the place to go if you want to treat yourself. First class staff, large bedroom (we chose the art deco style), and the most beautiful dining room I can recall. Brett's Bar was excellent for dinner and has a very good jazz vibe. Central location in Belfast, close to good places to go."

"We (mother and daughter) spent one night at the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms, the excellent food with ample variety, and the very central location are all worth highlighting positively. The missing second set of towels was also promptly and kindly provided upon request. However, there were some drawbacks with the check-in (the machine wasn't working, and we had to ring the bell) and especially with the parking. The description mentioned "on-site parking," but there were only public parking spaces available. Due to the one-way street system, this led to unnecessary searching for a spot. A more precise description online would be very helpful!"

We arrived in Belfast early in the morning and reached the hotel at around 11am, so we really appreciated the team arranging an early check-in for us. After travelling with a family, being able to settle into our room straight away made the start of our trip so much more comfortable. We were also welcomed with the cutest little gift in our room, such a thoughtful and personal touch that immediately made us feel special. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable and beautifully located on the waterfront. We loved the views across the River Lagan, and the location was incredibly convenient for exploring Belfast on foot. Most importantly, the hospitality was excellent. Everyone we met was warm, friendly and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. A comfortable, welcoming and memorable Belfast stay for our family of four. We would happily return and definitely recommend AC Hotel Belfast to families visiting the city. ❤️"

Staff friendly and really helpful, fairly central, good restaurants and bars nearby. Excellent value for money. Hangers and rail, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, big TV. Air con a bit noisy but hotel was quiet. Would go again."

"We recently stayed in Regency House for an overnight stay for my wife birthday, the service,and staff are world class, from arrival, valet parking, our room ( including all the complementary nibbles specifically Gluten Free options for my wife) was simply fantastic and a complete HASSLE free experience. The decor, of the building and attention to detail is on a different level. Nothing is an issue for the team and level of hospitality goes above and beyond many establishments. Breakfast and the Gluten free options for my wife was 1st class including a beautiful birthday cake - Thank-you to Team RH and we will definitely by returning guests. You should be very proud of what you have and continue to build in our city."
