Belfast Hotels with Gym

The location is perfect! It’s just 5-min walk from the Grand Central Station where we took our bus coach. The reception desk is 24-hour, which is really welcoming especially when we were arriving beyond mid-night. Too many hotels are self-serviced these days even they are charging quite a high price. And the staff at the front desk were very helpful. The room is really spacious for its price - though a little bit old - but really no complain. There is also a very convenient and dedicated drop-off area in front of the hotel, in case you have lots of bags to load/unload.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were complete. The soundproofing was also good. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining options and easy access to transportation nearby. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Very close to the Central Station. Taking the airport bus directly to the Central Station, it's just a five-minute walk, which is very convenient. It's also not far from the train station; I checked the map and found that both buses and subways would require some walking to get to the Titanic Museum, so I decided to take the train directly instead. It's also not far from the city center. On the first day, after visiting the museum and having dinner, I realized the supermarket closed at 10 PM and couldn't get milk for my child. I tried asking the hotel front desk if I could buy some at the bar, and to my surprise, they directly gave us a cup of hot milk. All the front desk staff were very warm and friendly, and the room was very comfortable to stay in.

This is my second stay at the Clayton Hotel, and overall, the experience was pleasant and the accommodations were comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the hotel offers good value for an overnight stay. However, I observed that the reception staff could benefit from being more attentive and proactive in assisting guests. On several occasions, it seemed that guests were not immediately acknowledged, which can leave an impression of inattentiveness — particularly for international visitors. My previous stay was three years ago, and I was hoping to see some improvement in this area. Consistent professionalism and warm hospitality at the front desk would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I look forward to seeing positive changes on my next visit.
