The staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made us feel comfortable immediately after arriving. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and throughout our stay the team maintained a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet and perfect for rest after a long day exploring Belfast. The location of the hotel is also excellent, making it easy to access many attractions, restaurants, and transport options around the city. We also enjoyed the breakfast and general hotel facilities, which added to the overall quality of the stay. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were complete. The soundproofing was also good. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining options and easy access to transportation nearby. The hotel should be a pure business hotel, the facilities are simple, the best is the location, very close to the city hall, reported a day trip to the Giant Road, gathered on the west side of the city hall in the morning without panic; it is also very close to grand central station, and it is very convenient to take the bus to Dublin.
