GGreat AThis is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again. Thanks so much for your great service!

AAnonymous UserVery friendly for parent-child travel! The room was comfortable, spacious and quiet. Private parking spaces are convenient for parking. Our unit is equipped with a very spacious living room with complete kitchenware. There is a large TESCO 3 minutes drive from the hotel, which is very convenient for purchasing daily necessities. We came from Dublin on the day of our stay and especially appreciated Christine's unremitting efforts to communicate and contact us in time, making our stay very convenient. Especially recommended to families who can communicate in English.

PPaulWe had a lovely stay at Tara, the staff were lovely, very friendly and very helpful with everything we asked including directions, additional parking time and the location was great for access to everything. The breakfast was fantastic, if a little light on the potato bread, which I love.😊 We had a great stay and would certainly recommend to any travellers.

AAdam SparkesBrilliant red brick stately home type hotel. Full of charm and has a lovely front garden. You have full access to all living and dining area on the ground floor at any time, which is great for photos and relaxing. Our room was a small loft but had a great view from the bathroom of the hills over the city. The City tour bus goes past the hotel because apparently it used to be occupied by the main builder of the Titanic. It is a short walking distance to the stunning Queen's University and Botanic Gardens. Ryan's restaurant is a great shout for homely reasonably priced Irish food and drink. The lady at the front desk also gave us direct assistance to book our trip on the Causeway tour. Highly recommend.

CCicianThe biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns. On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet. The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining. Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!

GGuest UserWe arrived hours earlier than check-in time and were allowed to park our car in the underground garage. This allowed us to take a bus or walk the 30 mins into the city centre, When we did check-in we were made up with the size and space available to us, 2 bedrooms, large dining table and good size kitchen area, it was also great to see lovely body wash and shampoo to use in the bathroom, everywhere was clean, we stayed 4 nts and the cleaner came in a tidied and change towels for us. The tesco shoo was handy for picking up some pizzas and wine, saving us some money when on a tight budget, we would definitely stay again,

GGuest UserGreat hotel, lovely looking and welcoming foyer. Hotel staff were excellent, well mannered, attentive and friendly. Rooms were nice and clean with a modern TV. A bit pricey for food and drinks. My shower was pretty cold at 5am in the winter unfortunately and a staff member did try to help to no avail. Would stay again but it's unlikely that this is the first time that hot water has been a problem, you would imagine there would be checks and/or protocols for handling this situation, especially in winter.

NNKAYGreat hotel and services, however could do with more amenities such as basic toiletries and slippers or bathrobe. Was surprised that it was not included in the deluxe room and was only available for a more expensive room which makes no sense because it’s suppose to be a 4 Star hotel. Other than that everything was great. Friendly staff, cleaned regularly and were super helpful. Had breakfast on the first day, it was okay, could be better with more variety.

GGuest UserDear Sir, I am a guest of your's. I am very happy here. I sing highly of your service. First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it. Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here. I can't believe it that I must leave. I want to live here again if I come to this city again. Thank you. Sincerely yours A guest
