I was very satisfied with the hotel in all aspects. The location was convenient, and the surrounding amenities were excellent. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a reasonable layout and well-maintained facilities. The service was professional, attentive, and responsive. Overall, it offered excellent value for money and a comfortable stay, making it a high-quality choice for travelers and well worth experiencing.

The hotel boasts an excellent environment with fantastic natural surroundings, backed by Yu Mountain and adjacent to Shang Lake. It not only offers guesthouses but also a restaurant and a coffee shop. The coffee is delicious and rich. The guesthouse area is independent and requires a room card for entry, ensuring great privacy. My room, 'Fengran,' offered a stunning view of two red maple trees – the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The room also came equipped with fitness equipment, which is a huge plus for fitness enthusiasts, and a projector for entertainment. My stay was superb! I'd love to come back and try the food at 'Yunyou Shanjian' restaurant and other room types if I get the chance.

The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the parking lot was very large, the parking was very good, the breakfast was great, the variety was very good, there were all kinds of things to eat, there was a gym, the front desk service was good, the laundry service was very good 👍, the overall environment is very good, the surrounding shopping is very convenient, there is Rosen next door, 15 minutes drive from Shajiabang Scenic Area, 10 minutes drive from the high-speed rail station, convenient travel, worth living, next time I will choose this one.

We decided to stay in a nearby hotel because we couldn't book a room we liked at the Hilton in Changshu at the last minute, and the price exceeded our expectations for such a good hotel.

The service was warm and welcoming, the facilities were complete, and the place was clean and tidy. A room became available at the last minute, and the owner upgraded it for free. While chatting in the courtyard, the staff busied themselves providing tea, snacks, mosquito coils, and ambient lighting – everything was provided. Our travel plans were changed to simply enjoying tea, admiring the osmanthus blossoms, and chatting because the courtyard was so tranquil. Five-star recommendation!

Staying on a business trip, overall very satisfied. The hotel is strategically located, very close to the Shanghu Scenic Area, and the commute is very convenient. The room facilities are brand new and intact, the electrical appliances are running smoothly, and the office rest is suitable. The key praise is the sound insulation effect, the external traffic flow and corridor noise are completely isolated, the night rest is not disturbed, and the sleep is until dawn. Hygiene and clean, service standard, first choice for business travel, it is worth buying back.

The courtyard is beautifully decorated, and the hydrangeas at the entrance are blooming beautifully. The room is spacious, the sound insulation is average, but the lighting is very good. The overall environment of the homestay is good, the waitress is very nice, and the recommended restaurants are delicious. When sitting in the lobby, she actively provided tea and coffee. I don't know what kind of beans the coffee is, but it is very fragrant. The breakfast the next day was also very good. She was also very enthusiastic to help us buy the popular fried skewers next door.

The room type is OK, except that there is a strong smell of cigarettes when entering the room. The surrounding environment of the hotel is good, with everything you need for eating and entertainment, and convenient parking. The breakfast is simple, fast and convenient

The room was large and quiet, simple and comfortable. I have to run cross-country races the next day. Breakfast is provided early in the morning and there is plenty of carbs. Not far from Wanda Plaza, there are more choices to eat there.
