"My stay at Hilton Changshu Longteng was a perfect experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Changshu. The hotel is beautifully situated by Qinhu Lake, with its unique cruise ship-like architecture making it instantly recognizable. My lake view room was spacious and bright, featuring panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony. Watching the sunset over the lake in the evening was incredibly therapeutic and relaxing. The room was well-appointed with smart devices that were easy to use, and the bathroom had separate wet and dry areas with branded toiletries – every detail was meticulously thought out. Breakfast, served on the 11th floor, offered a wide variety of dishes, including authentic freshly made Suzhou-style noodles, all enjoyed with a fantastic view. Xiao Yue provided gentle and professional service. I arrived early, and my original room wasn't ready yet. Xiao Yue patiently discussed room options with me and proactively upgraded me to a lake view balcony room. During check-in, she clearly and understandably explained everything regarding the deposit, minibar, and checkout expenses. She was responsive and thoughtful throughout. Whether it was in-person reception or online inquiries, she was always enthusiastic and patient. The hotel's environment, dining, and facilities are impeccable, but Xiao Yue's meticulous and warm service truly made the experience exceptional. My stay was fantastic, and I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Changshu. I recommend everyone to stay here and ask for Xiao Yue!"

"Traveling to Changshu with the kids was a great experience. The scenic area wasn't crowded and had lots of activities. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but the surrounding environment is nice. The room was clean and tidy, the pool water was good, and breakfast was quite extensive. It would be even better if they added more kid-friendly amenities like children's slippers, bathrobes, and toothbrushes."

"The Pullman Changshu far exceeded my expectations; it's truly the benchmark for five-star hotels in Changshu! The room was spacious and airy. The twin bed setup was incredibly comfortable, with soft and clean bedding. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The entire room featured a minimalist luxury business decor, with warm wood tones paired with sophisticated gray walls, giving it a high-end yet cozy feel. A full-length mirror by the entrance, a desk and workspace, and a mini-bar were all provided, making it suitable for both business trips and short getaways. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was exceptionally well-done. The marble countertop was spotless, the shower pressure was strong, and the toiletries were high-quality. The lighted mirror was a thoughtful and practical touch. The whole room was impeccably clean, with no unpleasant odors. The room came standard with a coffee machine, mineral water, and a hot water kettle, providing all the essential amenities for a hassle-free and convenient stay. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to hail a taxi, and the surrounding area is well-developed. The service was prompt and attentive, and the front desk staff were gentle and patient, making for a smooth and comfortable check-in and overall stay. The value for money is outstanding. "I booked two rooms for two nights, each including breakfast and a meal at the cha chaan teng (Hong Kong-style cafe) daily. The hotel is conveniently located; you can take a bus directly from the high-speed rail station, which takes about 20 minutes, and it's just a short walk from the bus stop. I informed them in advance that it was my sister's birthday, so one of the rooms was decorated and came with a fruit platter, which made my sister very happy. Last night, we received complimentary mung bean soup and a fan, but it seems there was nothing tonight. The swimming pool is outsourced, so even non-guests with a membership can use it. However, the smoke smell was far too strong. I ended up opening a few windows and staying for only half an hour before leaving because I couldn't stand the secondhand smoke. There were also people smoking in the hallways and elevators; a strong smell of smoke hit you as soon as you entered. I hope the hotel can implement stricter controls regarding this. The service, however, was excellent. The rooms provided small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and lotion. Since we were hiking and swimming, we showered two or three times a day, and with long hair, we used a lot. I called several times for refills, and they were always promptly delivered."

"The front desk had a new system, so I had to wait a while during check-in. However, the front desk attendant was very thoughtful and offered me some candy as an apology. **Cleanliness:** The room was clean and tidy, nothing to complain about. **Facilities:** Since it was hot during the summer holidays, I specifically chose a hotel with a swimming pool. This hotel is very new and the facilities are excellent. The pool has a great view; swimming while enjoying the scenery through the floor-to-ceiling windows was very pleasant. **Service:** The staff members were all proactive in greeting guests, especially the auntie on the 26th floor who asked for our room number and guided us. The hotel has a beautiful view. If you're driving, after parking your car, you first take an elevator to the first floor, then switch to another elevator to the 36th-floor lobby for check-in, and then switch elevators again to your room floor. It's a bit of a hassle, but understandable. I would still choose to stay here first when I come back to Changshu. **Surroundings:** Everything nearby is also quite convenient. If you're attending a concert at the sports center, it's an 8km taxi ride. The nearby scenery is lovely, and when it's not too hot, you can walk around without it being crowded."

"Five stars, highly recommended! I came here for an ultra-marathon race, and the hotel was incredibly thoughtful, opening breakfast early for the competitors so we didn't have to rush. The breakfast spread was huge, with a rich variety of nutritious options—perfect for fueling up. The service throughout was gentle, polite, and enthusiastically attentive. The biggest surprise was the late checkout until 2:15 PM, which allowed me to shower, rest, and pack my luggage at my leisure after the race, without having to rush off. The room was clean and comfortable. My entire stay was perfect. This is definitely the top choice for runners, and I'll be staying here again for my next race!"

"The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable, nestled right beside the 5A-rated Shanghu Scenic Area. Opening the window reveals a picturesque江南 (Jiangnan - a region south of the Yangtze River) landscape; your eyes are met with shimmering blue waters, pavilions, and waterside structures – it's breathtakingly beautiful. We stayed in the 'Octonauts-themed Suite,' and the moment we walked in, it captivated our child's heart. The room was decorated with posters of Captain Barnacles and Kwazii, and there was even an exclusive children's toiletry kit. Room service was also incredibly prompt, making our stay very convenient. The service was truly exceptional. Right after checking in, a shuttle cart was ready to pick us up, taking us and our luggage directly to our room. During check-in, they not only offered complimentary tea (chilled plum juice, so refreshing!) but also thoughtfully prepared a small toy for our baby. The hotel also offers unique parent-child experiences like 'Flower House Daily Life,' where kids can enjoy free crafts. While the little ones are busy with activities led by instructors, adults can relax and participate in yoga and lakeside cycling, or find a rare moment of tranquility in the Flower House Library. This place is definitely a 'kid-friendly paradise'! The Shanghu Feixiong Amusement Park, which children adore, is just a few hundred meters away! On the day we visited, we played from afternoon until sunset. My child ran wild in the non-powered amusement area, fished for shrimp, and rolled around in the sandpit, happily entertaining himself the entire time – a truly 'free-range parenting' experience. When tired from Shanghu Scenic Area or Feixiong Amusement Park, you can always take the shuttle back to your room to rest, easily switching between 'play till you're tired, then lie down; rest till you're bored, then play again' mode. Next time I have the chance, I'll definitely come back to experience cycling around Shanghu and taking a bamboo raft tour on the lake!"

Cleanliness was impeccable; the bathroom glass and mirrors were sparkling clean and watermark-free, the toilet was thoroughly disinfected and odor-free, and even the toiletries were sterilized at high temperatures. Even hard-to-reach areas like under the bed and corners of tables were meticulously cleaned. The hotel's facilities were comprehensive, with a fully equipped and regularly cleaned gym, and a laundry room with dryers and detergent – ​​perfect for business travelers. The 24-hour concierge service was responsive and readily available, quickly resolving any needs. Breakfast is a buffet with freshly ground coffee. Waiters promptly clear away empty plates during your meal, providing attentive and undisturbed service. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation nearby. There are convenience stores and restaurants downstairs, making it easy to get around and shop. Returning to the hotel at night is also very safe. From check-in to check-out, there were absolutely no complaints. The facilities, service, environment, and details were all top-notch. A five-star rating is well-deserved, and I will definitely stay here again next time!"
