"The room was great, with a well-stocked mini-bar, and the room service was excellent. The bathtub was very clean, and they also provided disposable tub liners. While having breakfast on the balcony, I saw the housekeeper next door cleaning; she even wiped the corners of the balcony railings, which showed great attention to detail. Winnie's service was very thoughtful; she sent check-in instructions a few days in advance, which was very helpful for those driving. The hotel's pool was fantastic, with a glass bottom."

"Although the room facilities are old, they have everything they need. I asked the girl at the front desk for a quiet room, and she gave me one on the 11th floor, which was actually a bit noisy. The bedding was average, not very comfortable. The bathroom was an okay size, with toothbrushes, combs and soap provided. There was also a small refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was mainly Chinese, with light white porridge and sweet glutinous rice porridge, both of which were delicious. There were boiled eggs, tea eggs, fried rice, fried noodles, fried dough sticks, siomai, steamed dumplings, various small buns and small cakes, as well as some vegetables and fruits. But there is actually a Gao Gao noodle restaurant near the hotel that tastes okay. I visited Yushan and Shanghu in Changshu. I think Shanghu is more worth visiting. The scenery is more beautiful and there are not many people."

"The price is marked as five-star. I didn't think of comparing it with five-star hotels, but at least it should be clean. I didn't expect it to be so dirty, with dust everywhere. I had red spots and itchiness all over my body after sleeping for a night. The shower room is even more weird. You will know after experiencing it!"
