1. The hotel is located inside the scenic area. I contacted them in advance, added the concierge on WeChat, and they sent me the parking lot location and guide pictures. It was very easy to find the reception center. 2. After checking in at the reception center, a hotel golf cart took us into the scenic area. Along the way, the driver pointed out attractions, hotel entrances/exits, and restaurant locations. When checking out, we took the hotel's private boat from their exclusive dock directly to the parking lot (reception center). This was a fantastic experience! (It was like getting a free boat and golf cart tour, haha). 3. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Hengjing Old Street. Turn right out of the hotel entrance, and in about 100 meters, you're on the main street. Wangsi Noodle Restaurant is right around the corner; I had a bowl of mushroom oil noodles there – incredibly fresh! Turn left, walk a few steps, and you'll find Hengjing Theater. Cross a bridge further on, and you're at the Wetland Fishing Park. 4. The concierge service was very thoughtful. When I asked about visiting the reed marsh, he suggested taking a hand-paddled boat and even gave us two free tickets. The hotel's golf cart also took us to the Hongcun hand-paddled boat dock. Traveling through the reed marsh was a great experience. After getting off, we passed a large lotus pond with many aunties taking photos. We then crossed an 'internet-famous' bridge and returned to Hengjing's main street. 5. A tip for future guests: if you tend to sleep in, definitely bring some snacks or food. There's not much to eat in the scenic area at night, and everything closes early. Deliveries aren't an option either.

The hotel is very new. We have set a family room. It is two rooms and two 1.8 meters beds. It is very suitable for family travel. Parents take their baby to sleep in the house. The door is closed and it is convenient to sleep at night. The elderly sleep in the outer house, which is convenient for going to the health room at night without disturbing each other. , The front desk service is particularly good, seeing us with elderly children, but also sent breakfast, the whole smile service, especially intimate! The aunt who cooked noodles for breakfast was also very good, very thoughtful, seeing that we were ordering noodles for the children, and would ask if the noodles were softer! ! Every employee in the hotel is working hard to serve ～ with their own practical actions. The location of the hotel is good. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to Shajiazhao Scenic Area. The baby is tired at night and can rest at the hotel after a while. There are many restaurants around, very convenient, and there is a supermarket. Many stalls at night, there are many snacks. , In short, the hotel is super invincible, the price is particularly high! ! ! !

This villa is perfect for a large family trip, with four bedrooms and comfortable bedding, making it ideal for family gatherings. It's a great place to relax, and parking is conveniently located right outside the villa. The cleanliness could be improved; while the river view from the terrace looks good from afar, up close it's not well-maintained, which is a bit of a letdown. There might be a lot of mosquitoes in the summer, and the hotel doesn't provide mosquito repellent, which would be a useful addition. There are adult bathrobes, but no children's bathrobes. For future improvements, some additional amenities would be beneficial. The entrance hall of the four-bedroom villa is quite empty; an 8-person dining table would fit perfectly. The large terrace would be great for an independent hot spring. The hotel breakfast could also be more varied; when we went at 9 AM, many specialty items were already gone and not refilled. I hope these points can be improved. The staff service wasn't particularly enthusiastic. More personal touches would be appreciated.

This is our second time staying in this hotel. The last time was on May 2, 2023. I chose this hotel for my birthday 🎂. At that time, I was impressed by the hygiene, breakfast, hotel facilities and service. So it was a wise decision to choose this hotel again this time. The service is consistently good. The comrades at the front desk, housekeeping and engineering department are all kind and responsive. I was in a wheelchair because I was sick and found that the wheelchair was a little shaky. I asked the front desk with a try-it attitude. The master from the engineering department was immediately invited to help find the problem and brought tools to help solve the problem. The next day after leaving the hotel, the front desk called and said that I had left a T-shirt in the room. They offered to mail it back to me. I was so touched 🥲I will choose your hotel next time I come to Changshu!

Location📍The hotel is right at the entrance of Shajiabang Scenic Area. It belongs to Huazhu Club with the Huajianting next door. The two share a courtyard. The children's playground of Manxinfu is also in the Huajianting next door. There is another Huazhu Club in the scenic area with a better price. Service: Smooth check-in, quick response, and children's toiletries and slippers are provided Facilities: The meal provided by the package is rich in variety. Coffee and bread coupons were given although they were not used. The family package in the package has a separate group purchase of 298, which tastes good. Breakfast is until 10 o'clock on weekends, with many choices and few Western styles. Let me talk about the points that I don't agree with: The fruit platter written in the 298 family package in the package was originally prepared to be packed, but the waiter asked if there were only 4 slices of watermelon. Haha, this platter... If you book a calendar room directly, you can upgrade the room, check out late, give souvenirs, and send bird watching coupons. There are none of them redeemed with group purchases. Bird watching coupons need to be bought by yourself for 50 per person😓

The hotel is relatively close to the Shajiabang scenic area, and it only takes 30 minutes to walk there. The hotel environment is good, with a beautiful koi pond. It is also relatively clean. But the decoration should be relatively old. There is only one socket at the head of the bed, which is not convenient for two people to charge their phones. There is no multi-hole socket provided at the front desk. This is quite backward. The bathroom still has a bathtub shower. If you encounter an elderly person, climbing in and out, it feels unsafe. The hotel has dinner, but many dishes are gone around 7 o'clock. Pay attention to less salt, and the dishes are still salty. The steamed white silk fish is very good, and my family praised it unanimously. The hotel service is quite good. The earrings were left at the hotel. After calling, the front desk helped to express it.

Changshu Jiuzhu B&B (Shajiayu Scenic Area) is a very suitable accommodation choice for traveling with the elderly. In order to let the elderly in the family walk less and toss less, we specially chose the hotel in the scenic area, and the long-stay homestay is located in the core area of Shajiayu Scenic Area, Hengyu Ancient Street, the location can be said to be excellent. This is the must-have place for night performances. It takes a few steps to watch performances, watch iron flowers, and watch ”Dark War”. There is no need to worry about rushing to the scene or going far. It is also very convenient to come out for food at night on Hengyu Ancient Street. For example, there is a shop opposite and there is a noodle restaurant not far away. The homestay itself is antique, there are rockery and gardens in the yard, the environment is quiet and comfortable, and the rooms are cleaned very clean, so that the elderly can live in peace of mind. We communicated with the boss in advance, sent a message before arriving, and we will come out to pick us up. The service is serious and polite. The receptionist Mr. Wei also patiently explained to us the precautions and viewing points of the scenic spot, so that the whole stay experience is very smooth and intimate.

Our room was spacious in this refined and elegant hotel. The location is so convenient - Incity shopping centre just across thr bridge. Service is always impeccable. polite, friendly and helpful.

At the beginning, I found the wrong place and went to another Starway. I was not far away and returned to the booked hotel. This hotel is updated, there are more parking spaces, and the front desk can check in by yourself. The room is large, and the paid upgrade to a parent-child room with mountain views, so that the elderly can live more spaciously. I sent a disposable bathtub cover, which is very convenient and the elderly like it very much. The breakfast is also rich, the taste is a bit salty, but I still eat a lot and I am very satisfied.

The price was reasonable, the room was spacious, and it was well-equipped. However, there were no slippers for the shower, but luckily I brought my own. The bathroom lighting was dim, not ideal for ladies who wear makeup. The toilet flush wasn't very strong, but it was okay. They replenished bottled water on the second day after my two-night stay, and emptied the trash can, so they seemed to do a simple cleaning. The bed was clean, but the downside was that I suspect someone had smoked in it before; the mattress, pillows, and blankets were all tainted with the smell. Although the room wasn't big, you could still smell it while lying down. Maybe I'm just sensitive, but my friend couldn't smell it at all. Changshu's attractions are relatively concentrated, and the hotel's location is excellent; you can basically reach any of the places you want to go by bike. It wasn't crowded during the May Day holiday, making it a very pleasant little city.
