Exceptional hotel, bordering on luxurious. Comfortable bed, decent views, wide TV, big shower, smart toilet and a bath... The room has everything you will need for a short stay! The staff are some of the friendliest and most professional people I have met. The valet/doormen were fantastic and their manner really stood out. The decor is gorgeous, throughout the hotel and the restaurants are very fancy. They were a little overpriced for me, but for people who don't mind splashing the cash a bit, the restaurants are fine The breakfast had a very respectable range of sweet, savoury, hot, cold and cosmopolitan options, all of which were delicious and welcome! The facilities were a standout feature, and my little boy loved the pools and play area. The japanese hot pool was so incredibly relaxing, we didn't want to leave! The location wasn't the greatest, but I have no complaints about the area itself. The main city centre of Changshu is definitely worth a visit but is a good 25 minutes from the hotel. The wetland is nearby, but it was too cold and wet to visit this time. There aren't many shops or parks near the hotel, but for a relaxing break inside, this hotel is perfect! I would definitely stay here again and my son wants to too!!

The hotel is very new. We have set a family room. It is two rooms and two 1.8 meters beds. It is very suitable for family travel. Parents take their baby to sleep in the house. The door is closed and it is convenient to sleep at night. The aunt who cooked noodles for breakfast was also very good, very thoughtful, seeing that we were ordering noodles for the children, and would ask if the noodles were softer! ! Every employee in the hotel is working hard to serve ～ with their own practical actions. The location of the hotel is good. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to Shajiazhao Scenic Area. The baby is tired at night and can rest at the hotel after a while. There are many restaurants around, very convenient, and there is a supermarket. Many stalls at night, there are many snacks. , In short, the hotel is super invincible, the price is particularly high! ! ! !

This is our second time staying in this hotel. The last time was on May 2, 2023. I chose this hotel for my birthday 🎂. At that time, I was impressed by the hygiene, breakfast, hotel facilities and service. So it was a wise decision to choose this hotel again this time. The service is consistently good. The comrades at the front desk, housekeeping and engineering department are all kind and responsive. I was in a wheelchair because I was sick and found that the wheelchair was a little shaky. I asked the front desk with a try-it attitude. The master from the engineering department was immediately invited to help find the problem and brought tools to help solve the problem. The next day after leaving the hotel, the front desk called and said that I had left a T-shirt in the room. They offered to mail it back to me. I was so touched 🥲I will choose your hotel next time I come to Changshu!

The hotel is relatively close to the Shajiabang scenic area, and it only takes 30 minutes to walk there. The hotel environment is good, with a beautiful koi pond. It is also relatively clean. But the decoration should be relatively old. There is only one socket at the head of the bed, which is not convenient for two people to charge their phones. There is no multi-hole socket provided at the front desk. This is quite backward. The bathroom still has a bathtub shower. If you encounter an elderly person, climbing in and out, it feels unsafe. The hotel has dinner, but many dishes are gone around 7 o'clock. Pay attention to less salt, and the dishes are still salty. The steamed white silk fish is very good, and my family praised it unanimously. The hotel service is quite good. The earrings were left at the hotel. After calling, the front desk helped to express it.

This villa is perfect for a large family trip, with four bedrooms and comfortable bedding, making it ideal for family gatherings. It's a great place to relax, and parking is conveniently located right outside the villa. The cleanliness could be improved; while the river view from the terrace looks good from afar, up close it's not well-maintained, which is a bit of a letdown. There might be a lot of mosquitoes in the summer, and the hotel doesn't provide mosquito repellent, which would be a useful addition. There are adult bathrobes, but no children's bathrobes. For future improvements, some additional amenities would be beneficial. The entrance hall of the four-bedroom villa is quite empty; an 8-person dining table would fit perfectly. The large terrace would be great for an independent hot spring. The hotel breakfast could also be more varied; when we went at 9 AM, many specialty items were already gone and not refilled. I hope these points can be improved. The staff service wasn't particularly enthusiastic. More personal touches would be appreciated.

The front desk staff, both handsome and beautiful, will promptly assist you. The hotel opened in 2024, boasting top-notch facilities, a prime scenic location, and exceptional staff service, proactively providing attentive service to make you feel right at home. Since the hotel is located within the Shajiabang Scenic Area, the hotel stay includes admission to Shajiabang. During peak season, tickets cost 100 RMB per person, making the hotel stay a great deal and saving you the entrance fee. The scenic area offers a variety of performances and activities suitable for all ages, providing ample opportunities for sightseeing and leisure during your stay, making it especially suitable for family trips. I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

The children's playground of Manxinfu is also in the Huajianting next door. There is another Huazhu Club in the scenic area with a better price. Coffee and bread coupons were given although they were not used. The family package in the package has a separate group purchase of 298, which tastes good. Breakfast is until 10 o'clock on weekends, with many choices and few Western styles. Let me talk about the points that I don't agree with: The fruit platter written in the 298 family package in the package was originally prepared to be packed, but the waiter asked if there were only 4 slices of watermelon. Haha, this platter... If you book a calendar room directly, you can upgrade the room, check out late, give souvenirs, and send bird watching coupons. There are none of them redeemed with group purchases. Bird watching coupons need to be bought by yourself for 50 per person😓
