歷保建築改造的民宿，內部裝修尤其是樓梯是現代風格，有點可惜。庭院和大部分房舍保留了外觀原貌，有江南園林的味道。因為五一放假，入住率高，服務人員顯得不夠，衞生也打掃的不盡如人意，水龍頭上留有明顯水漬，廁紙也忘了放。
早餐倒是很清爽，清粥小菜，很江南，也很健康。

老宅院改成的民宿，環境清幽，出行方便卻寧靜，旅遊一天回到院子裏，就是住進了古色古香的蘇州園林，亭台曲徑，格外愜意。房間裏設施齊全，衞生整潔，特別感謝前台小妹妹，到的第一天比較晚了，跑進跑出的幫我們升級房間，拿東西。早上的早點是每人一盤套餐，很精緻。小妹妹服務貼心，很注重細節，有時一句無意中的對話，她都記在心裏，準備妥當。連住了三天，很滿意。

常熟市中心，鬧中取靜的地方，去虞山尚湖方塔園無論是打車還是公交車都很方便。民宿是老宅改建而成，曲徑通幽，體驗感還不錯。房間裏衞生總體來説還算過得去，每天都會打掃，算是民宿裏做的好的了。門口的縣南街據説一直在改造，以至於入口不太好找也不太好走。總之，對於節假日需要找個人少點地方度假的長三角民眾來説，是很不錯的縣選擇啦！

非常不錯的體驗，酒店位於常熟市中心位置，周邊設施很豐富，就餐很方便，酒店裝修也不錯，古宅原色原味，服務也好，早上有提供的免費早餐，還能喝坐下喝喝早茶聊聊天，體驗非常好

總體還不錯，古色古香，外古內新，住宿體驗還是很不錯的，服務也比較貼心，送的早餐挺不錯，床品和衞浴設施也OK. 另外院子的細節很值得好評，細細走走的話可以發現不少用心的角落。
扣分點有二，一是窗外就是垃圾桶和工地，實在不忍直視。二是洗澡水衹要一熱，就成了涓涓細流，小朋友都差點洗感冒。大夏天還算了，秋冬怎麼辦？

服務：房間沒有沐浴露，致電前台要求送沐浴露和浴巾後，半個小時無人響應，其間撥打前台電話催促，剛開始態度還可以，後來直接掛斷電話，態度十分惡劣。最後前台小姑娘終於姍姍來遲，但是衹送來了沐浴露卻沒有浴巾，經提醒後終於把東西送齊。本以為告一段落，結果半小時後我們已經休息，突然又有人按門鈴，送一雙（我們沒有要過的）拖鞋（？？？）
設施：房間內燒水壺有一股很重的酸味，不知道用來煮過什麼東西。
民宿的房費在別的地方不算貴，但在常熟也算數一數二，管理和服務卻如此堪憂讓人沒有想到。
