2203981****During the May Day holiday, I decided to visit Changshu. I accidentally saw this hotel with high reviews on Ctrip. I booked it without thinking too much. The hotel is located in the Changshu Shanghu Scenic Area. The environment is great and there are plenty of parking spaces. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff was very skilled in checking in. The process was quite fast, and someone would lead me to the room. The hotel rooms are divided into several areas. Fortunately, my room is very close to the hotel lobby, so I don’t need to park and send. If it is farther away, I can call for parking and pick-up. The room is very clean and very quiet by the water. I am more particular about the bed, so every time I go out to play, sleeping at night is a headache. However, I slept very well after staying here for two nights, which means it is really quiet. The pillow is a little low. There are welcome fruits and special cakes in the room. I stayed for two nights. The hotel was very considerate and put in different flavors of pastries, and the mini bar and the refrigerator had so many snacks that you couldn't finish them. Because the weather was hot these two days, we finished all four bottles of water on the first day. When we came back the next day, we saw that the waiter put six bottles for us. It was really considerate. But then again, if there is not enough water, I really don't know where to buy it 😂 The sanitary napkins can only be used in the toilet, and they are specially equipped with an alcohol wipe and a disposable toilet seat cushion, which is very convenient. The bath water at night is also very good and comfortable, but the door of the shower room on the first day always felt that it could not be closed tightly, and the bath water came out and flowed into the bathroom. On the second night, I studied it for half a day and pulled the door in with all my strength. The silicone strip can be sealed and there is no leakage. I hope the waiter can pay attention to it in the future! Our room is a waterside room. When you open the window, you can see the lotus leaves under the window. I think this room will be more beautiful in summer, because the push bed is a beautiful lotus! The TV can cast the screen, but it can only receive Apple operating system. I hope Hongmeng can also be developed. There is free goodnight sweet soup every night. The first day is white wine glutinous rice balls, and the second day is milk oatmeal porridge. Breakfast is quite satisfactory, with special mushroom oil noodles. The hotel also has many activities to sign up for every day. The hotel also has bicycles for free. You can ride out to the periphery of Shanghu Lake, which is also very free! There are too many broken bikes. I hope that all the broken ones can be repaired or inspected on time, otherwise they can't be ridden. In case some of them are broken halfway through riding, it will be a terrible road to push them back, more than ten kilometers! In addition, the hotel is located in a natural environment, so there are more small insects. It is recommended that the hotel can regularly disinfect at the door of the room, otherwise people with intensive phobia are very scared every time they enter the room. Will there be little guys disturbing the bed! Overall, I like this hotel very much and I will book it next time!

Special praise for the two front desk ladies on February 15, recommended us delicious and fun, especially a black mask lady, very intimate service attitude is super good. There is also a need to praise the aunt who came to clean on the morning of the 16th, which is also very good.
The fly in the ointment is that I rushed to the last bus for breakfast without noodles. Then the bedside lamp can be turned on on both sides, and can't be pulled open.

MMichael.UKThe hotel is a very nice, charming complex comprising a renovated ancient house, making it an unusual place to stay. The location is unexpected: tucked behind some regular buildings. Inside it is very pretty and nicely designed and the room has nice amenities. Things I noticed that were slightly negative: the floor in the room was not very clean; the breakfast is pretty and nice done but still, is simply a fancy zhou and they couldn’t make me a coffee; there is very little noise isolation so we were woken up by noisy families at 8am when we were trying to lie-in. Overall I would recommend it for sure but a clean floor and slightly cheaper nightly price would help a lot.

TTabscoThe location is still OK. The room price is OK. It is the Dragon Boat Festival. Come and play. It is relatively close to the attractions. The main reason is that the front desk lady is very enthusiastic. I introduced a lot of surrounding attractions and food, etc. There are also surrounding shops and routes. How to go can be detailed early. Although the meal is generally the same, at least you can eat enough. The surrounding prices are very touching. So I drove over from Shanghai to buy a big purchase. It is very close to the museum. Zeng Zhaoyuan is still very close to the road. A square beef on the street across the road and a real dish selling next to it. It's a perfect match.

When you return to the courtyard after a day of traveling, you will be living in an antique Suzhou garden with pavilions and winding paths, which is particularly comfortable. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy. Special thanks to the little girl at the front desk. We arrived late on the first day and ran in and out to help us upgrade the room and get things. The breakfast in the morning is a set meal per person, which is very exquisite. The little sister is attentive and pays attention to details. Sometimes she remembers an unintentional conversation and prepares it properly. Stayed for three days and was very satisfied.

GGuest UserThis is a superb hotel. They will always try their best to communicate effectively with me so that I get the best they can offer.
I asked them to change the room, as it had some cigarette smell, and they changed it immediately.
They also have a large parking lot, which is very convenient. Needless to mention that it is free of charge.
If you have to order food, now they have a robot that brings the food to the front of your door!
I strongly recommend this hotel for the service and cleaning of the room.
