"I had a very satisfying stay, and overall, it was excellent value for money. Every evening, there was a late-night snack bar offering chicken soup noodles and either sweet fermented rice balls or tremella soup for dessert. The room was comfortable, clean, and hygienic, with great natural light. It also had a recliner and a desk, perfect for business travelers. The location was easy to find, with free parking spaces and charging stations on the ground floor. Across the street, Wanda Plaza on the fourth floor offered a wide variety of dining options. Plus, you could have food deliveries brought to your room by a robot, which was very convenient!"

"ZEUS is a must-stay! The hotel experience was top-notch. Located by Qinhu Lake, the hotel boasts a grand and well-designed exterior with expansive views. The front desk service was professional and efficient, and the guest rooms were clean and comfortable with amazing lake views. The bedding and amenities were high quality. The dining was delicious, with thoughtful details, and the overall service perfectly aligned with the Hilton brand. It's ideal for both business trips and leisure stays; the environment, service, and facilities are all outstanding. "Exceptional hotel, bordering on luxurious. Comfortable bed, decent views, wide TV, big shower, smart toilet and a bath... The room has everything you will need for a short stay!
The staff are some of the friendliest and most professional people I have met. The valet/doormen were fantastic and their manner really stood out.
The decor is gorgeous, throughout the hotel and the restaurants are very fancy. They were a little overpriced for me, but for people who don't mind splashing the cash a bit, the restaurants are fine
The breakfast had a very respectable range of sweet, savoury, hot, cold and cosmopolitan options, all of which were delicious and welcome!
The facilities were a standout feature, and my little boy loved the pools and play area. The japanese hot pool was so incredibly relaxing, we didn't want to leave!
The location wasn't the greatest, but I have no complaints about the area itself. The main city centre of Changshu is definitely worth a visit but is a good 25 minutes from the hotel. The wetland is nearby, but it was too cold and wet to visit this time. There aren't many shops or parks near the hotel, but for a relaxing break inside, this hotel is perfect!
I would definitely stay here again and my son wants to too!!"

"Overall, I was pleased with this hotel. It’s in a central part of Changshu, has English signs all over the hotel, and someone at the desk spoke English. My room was nice with a comfortable bed and good bathroom. The hallway smelled like a mixture of perfume and cigarette smoke. Breakfast was very unexceptional and very Chinese (the baozis were not very good 🙁). Overall, I would still stay here again."

At the end of a busy day, guests can go to the gym and work-out or swim in the hotel’s indoor swimming pool. Guests can enjoy a game of cards or play chess in the games room or enjoy a cup of tea at the tea house.
"Not worth the price,
1. The sound insulation is not good, and the door next door bangs when I sleep at night.
2. The bathroom was smelly when I moved in. I changed to another room and there was no cooling air. Never mind, just make do with it.
3. They said the swimming pool would open at 10am, but when I got there, it didn't open until 12pm, so I had to go back.
4. The whole interior smells bad.
Apart from the fact that the hotel itself covers a large area (nothing to do with the rooms, which are still small and poorly equipped) and is close to Yushan and the high-speed rail station, there are no advantages. Won't come again.

GGuest UserThe room is very clean, not crowded, with a collection of patterns and style. The windows are large and the view is good. There is a children's playground on the first floor of Building 2, which the children like. The breakfast is rich. Bird watching and scenic spot tickets are given, which is very cost-effective. Bird watching is worth going. The scenic spot rocking boat is worth a ride, 30 yuan/person. There are few people on the rainy Dragon Boat Festival, which is not bad.
The hotel staff is enthusiastic. 🅿️ The parking lot is large and there is no parking fee. I will choose to stay in Manxinfu next time. Thank you for the careful and meticulous service of the hotel staff this time.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at Mercure Changshu Riverside Hotel for 6 nights. We didn't feel lost though our Mandarin is super weak.Xiao Juan （小娟）is super helpful, assisting with the apps on booking ride hailing, recommending my wife on places of interest to visit while I am at work, and economy way to travel around. The room has beautiful views, rooms are big, and pretty modern technology with bidet seat, and voice command AI device provided in the room.

HHasbiniIt was a great experience… the hotel was clean and comfortable the rooms where spacious and the amenities that were available were very pleasant. But the place is nothing without the staff they had an amazing helpful staff especially Dong La Mei she went out of her way to make our stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible…. If there was a 6 star rating for the staff it would go for her. I would definitely recommend a stay there and I’m actually looking forward to visiting again.

The hotel service was truly thoughtful. They reserved a room with a balcony for me in advance, offering a spacious view and beautiful scenery. Waking up to such a lovely view every day really brightened my mood ✨
Communication was also very smooth; they were quick to respond on WeChat. Any issues or requests for help were resolved promptly, almost like they could grant any wish~

Across the street, there's a fresh market and small shops like Noodle Master and Luckin Coffee. There's also a FamilyMart convenience store right inside the hotel, which is super handy.
It's not too far from major attractions, generally within 8-12 km, including Fangta Park, Tongjiang Road Street, Yinxian Street, Yanyuan Garden, Changshu Museum, Yushan Mountain, and Shanghu Lake Scenic Area. For dining, you have options like Xilongji, Bainian Tonghe, Wang Laosi Fried Noodle Restaurant, and the Guangyuyuan Museum.
Both the service and environment at the hotel are excellent. The breakfast offers a rich and diverse selection, blending Chinese and Western styles, and even features local specialties like mushroom oil noodles. They provide both above-ground and underground parking with charging stations. The only minor inconvenience is the circulation path for parking; otherwise, it's fantastic!

Later, I asked to know that the store manager also came to the restaurant to help, but I didn't expect the business to be so good.

Mmadin****The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is right across from the Qinhu Xili commercial center, offering a wide variety of dining options. The service was also very friendly, and the breakfast was quite varied. We decided to stay in a nearby hotel because we couldn't book a room we liked at the Hilton in Changshu at the last minute, and the price exceeded our expectations for such a good hotel.

GGuangchuanguojiDuring the Labor Day holiday, I stayed at the Yancheng Dafeng Marriott Wenfeng and had a great experience. I was really impressed with how comfortable the pillows and duvets were, so much so that I even bought a pillow core to take home! This trip to Kuncheng Lake in Changshu, I once again chose the Marriott Wenfeng brand. I received a warm welcome from Ms. Jiang at the front desk, who kindly offered us complimentary breakfast and an upgraded room. I'm extremely satisfied with their service. Marriott Wenfeng will definitely be my top choice for future travels.

MMichael.UKThe hotel is a very nice, charming complex comprising a renovated ancient house, making it an unusual place to stay. The location is unexpected: tucked behind some regular buildings. Inside it is very pretty and nicely designed and the room has nice amenities. Things I noticed that were slightly negative: the floor in the room was not very clean; the breakfast is pretty and nice done but still, is simply a fancy zhou and they couldn’t make me a coffee; there is very little noise isolation so we were woken up by noisy families at 8am when we were trying to lie-in. Overall I would recommend it for sure but a clean floor and slightly cheaper nightly price would help a lot.

TTabscoThe location is decent, and the room is reasonably priced. It's a good choice for a trip during the Dragon Boat Festival, as it's relatively close to attractions. The receptionist was very helpful, introducing many nearby attractions and restaurants, as well as detailed directions to nearby shops and routes. Breakfast was average, but at least filling. The prices in the surrounding area were surprisingly affordable, so much so that I later drove all the way from Shanghai to do some shopping. It's very close to the museum, Yanzi Tomb, and Zeng Zhao Garden; just across the street from the Fangji Beef restaurant and the ready-made food stall next door are a perfect match!
