民宿簡直就是一個心靈療愈之地。背靠虞山，南臨尚湖，有山的峻朗可視，有水的靈氣可依👏👏
院子裏有樹有花有水有小魚有咖啡有茶，可寫字可彈琴可聊天可發呆，可以抬望高掛的柚子，也可近聞幽香的檸檬。所有這一切，是觸手可摸的真實，也是讓人心動的遠方。
早餐美味，蕈油麪、大餛飩、桂圓，吃不夠，根本吃不夠👍🏻👍🏻
最讓我們難忘的，是民宿的工作人員。他們解答諮詢的時候，眼裡有光，有誠意，有笑容，有令人賓至如歸的温暖。管家小張是個帥小夥，對待客人有耐心，辦起事來很沉穩，盡職盡責。通過他的言行舉止和服務，提升了我們對民宿滿意度，以及對常熟的喜歡❣️
人與民宿或酒店的相遇，人與人的相遇，都是緣分。希望這次入住是緣份的開始，在未來的日子裏，我們還會再見🌹🌹🌹

MM9306****This is a newly opened hotel with comprehensive facilities, and most importantly, it's incredibly clean and hygienic. We chose this place mainly because of its excellent location; it's not far from Qin Lake, Shang Lake, Kuncheng Lake, and Shajiabang. Plus, there's a Northern Garden Hotpot restaurant downstairs, which is very tasty and also recently opened.
We checked out in the morning, and while we were enjoying Shang Lake afterwards, we received a call from the front desk. They said we had left a face wash in the room. Honestly, we had intentionally left it because there wasn't much left, but the front desk thought we'd forgotten it and called to ask if we still needed it. This really shows how dedicated and responsible they are. After we got home, we realized our child's pillow was left in the restaurant during breakfast. We didn't have high hopes of finding it, but when we called to ask, the front desk immediately helped us search and quickly called back to say they found it, promising to mail it to us. These two incidents really highlight the professionalism and responsibility of both the front desk staff and the restaurant staff.
Changshu is a small city, and its attractions aren't particularly stunning. However, it was the warm and thoughtful service at this hotel that left us with such wonderful memories.

But there are several problems, one is the door chain, the place connected to the wall is a bit serious, I feel that it will fall off as soon as it is pulled, and maintenance needs to be strengthened; There is also a washing machine. If you have prepared a washing machine, it is recommended to prepare the matching laundry detergent together, otherwise there may be a problem with the washing machine but it cannot be used.

GGuest UserThere is not much hope in a narrow road at the door. I didn't expect to have a hole after opening. It was really ”the wine is not afraid of the deep alley.” The moment we opened the door was really amazing. We set three rooms in total: pillow flow, four courtyard, Liuxi Pavilion, each room has a different name style. Said to be a homestay, hard and soft decoration is definitely a hotel specification.
Pillow flow: Personally think this is the best and most beautiful, bathtub room.
Four-time courtyard: This is a one-bedroom and one-living room with a yard, and it is also a bright feeling of eyes.
Liuxi Pavilion: Although this room is a room, the room is large and comfortable.
The room has intelligent voice function, the toilet is inductive, and the bedding is quite comfortable.
The proprietress is warm and kind, butler-style service, responsive.
The sound of chickens, ducks and geese outside the hotel, and the lake pavilion, have a special flavor.
The overall experience is very satisfactory, especially the existence of cost-effective explosion.

GGuest UserI came to Changshu for two days during the Chinese New Year and chose this hotel
Objectively speaking, the price here is not perfect. The facilities are not very good, but the basic service and hygiene are guaranteed.
But the advantages are also very obvious
1. Very quiet. No sound of cars. At most, other tourists talking in the corridor. No sound from the next door.
2. Parking is very convenient. There are also charging spots in the parking lot. It costs less than one yuan per kilowatt-hour.
3. It is within walking distance of the city wall, square tower, South Gate Altar, Zeng Zhao Garden, etc.
4. It is close to the commercial street and convenient for eating. However, many restaurants are closed during the Chinese New Year.
5. The twin room is not small
All in all, it is highly recommended and cost-effective

Zzhuzhu545The location is excellent, opposite Yushan Park, a museum, and a library. The famous Han Hui Noodle Shop and Yan Garden in the alley behind the hotel are just a few minutes' walk away.
The facilities aren't old; the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet and is very clean.
The air conditioning is powerful, the bed is comfortable, the blanket is the right thickness, and there's no rustling sound when I turn over. My room, number 3645, was very quiet.
The front desk and room service staff are very polite and welcoming.
There's underground parking, which is convenient.
There's a small shop outside the hotel selling homemade buns, cakes, and cooked food. Every morning, there's a long queue. I joined in and bought a meat bun, a vegetable bun, and two kinds of cakes, but unfortunately, I didn't find them very tasty.
Overall, this hotel offers good value for money.
